For example, a so-called sludge remover has a shape intended to remove scum that has floated to the surface of a fluid contained in a container, and a so-called fryer removes objects that have been fried in a frying pan and adhered to the surface of the fluid. It has a shape that is intended to be peeled off from a frying pan or turned over.

In other words, there are the French term ``gienoise'' (sponge in English), in which the egg whites and egg yolks are whipped without separating them, the French term ``meringue'', in which only the egg whites are whipped, and the egg whites and yolks are whipped separately and then mixed together. The French word ``biski yui'' is used depending on the Western confectionery for which it is intended. In the following, these will be referred to as whipping objects.

In addition, powders and granules of favorite foods are mixed to give the final confectionery a unique flavor. In addition, as in the above-mentioned biscuit yui, whipped substances may be mixed together.

In addition, in Biski Yui, the raw material is whipped egg yolk, which is a fluid made from chicken eggs, and stiffly whipped meringue, which is a non-liquid. It is impossible to mix by turbulence created by pushing with a wooden spoon or the like. Therefore, when mixing a whipped object and a powdery substance, or when mixing whipped objects with each other, it is not possible to use a simple method such as mixing other objects with a liquid, and as shown in Figs. The mixing method shown in Figure 3 was used.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3, the cooking plate part 4a of the handle cooking utensil 4 is inserted diagonally into the whipping object 2 from near the inner surface of the bowl 1, and moved in an arcuate curve to diagonally from near the other inner surface. Mixing was achieved by repeatedly removing the ingredients.

移動させることを要する。 The reason for doing this is that, as mentioned above, the whisking object 2 has a high viscosity and is relatively hard compared to the egg itself, so it is difficult to mix it sufficiently evenly by pushing it. This is to mix the foamed material 2 by cutting it into small pieces and placing the powdered material 3 between them. That is, it is necessary to move the cooking plate part 4a so as to cut the whipped object 2.

Since the distance of the cooking plate portion 5a in the cutting direction is also long, the whipped object 2 cannot be cut sufficiently from this point as well. Furthermore, since the cutting is not done sufficiently, when removing the cooking plate part 5a from the bowl 1, a lot of foaming material 2 adheres to it, and this adhering material obstructs the next insertion. Make it difficult to do.

果、次の切断移動がし難いものとなる。 In the case of the turner 6, the cooking plate portion 6a is a flat plate having a generally rectangular shape. In this case as well, since the distance of the cooking plate part 6a in the cutting direction is long, the whipped object 2 cannot be sufficiently cut even if it is moved as shown in FIG. Moreover, since it has a rectangular shape, when inserting it into the hemispherical ball 1 or removing it from the ball 1, the corner 6a of the cooking plate part 6a
1 and 6a2 come into contact with the inner surface of the ball 1, making it difficult to insert or remove the ball. Since the extraction operation cannot be made smoothly, the foamed material 2 tends to adhere, and as a result, the next cutting movement becomes difficult.

There are certain uses for which it is primarily intended, and it is often inadequate when used for other purposes. Therefore, no matter which existing cooking utensils are used, there are some cooking applications in which the usability and the quality of the cooking result are unsatisfactory.
For example, there is no existing cooking utensil suitable for mixing a colloidal material and another colloidal material or granular material by placing the colloidal material in a hemispherical container and moving the colloidal material by cutting it.

That is, a flat plate member made of a rigid body having an elliptical shape or a peripheral shape obtained by cutting the longitudinal end of the elliptical shape parallel to the transverse direction, and a flat plate member provided at one longitudinal end of this flat plate member. We proposed a cooking utensil with a handle.

It can be cut in large quantities and is easy to insert into and remove from the container. Furthermore, since the flat plate member is elliptical and has a short length in the cutting direction, it is possible to cut colloid-like objects well. In this way, workability and mixing uniformity can be improved.

The handle 12 is attached, for example, to one end of the flat plate member 11 in the longitudinal direction with a fitting 13 such as a screw. The material of the flat plate member 11 and handle 12 may be metal, wood, or plastic, but it is necessary that the material has enough rigidity to cut the foamed object 2 when used for the intended purpose. The angle formed by the flat plate member 11 and the handle 12 is
An angle smaller than 180 degrees or around 180 degrees. This angle is appropriately determined from the viewpoint of workability in the above-mentioned main application.

Therefore, the edge of the flat plate member 11 in the short direction is rounded.

Since the cooking utensil is composed of a flat plate member made of a rigid body having a circumferential shape cut in half and a handle provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of this flat plate member, existing cooking utensils have problems in terms of workability and cooking results. It is possible to realize a new cooking utensil that is suitable for cooking purposes that have not been well met in terms of product quality.
