う相反する2つの要請を同時に満足しなければな
らないという技術的課題が存在している。

下誘導用の水流を、内部配置したトレーに対して
施す水流付与手段が、設けてあるものである。

ーフロー室8の底部9と、水槽2の前方側(B方
向)の底部10とは、水流ポンプ11を介した循
環路12により接続されており、オーバーフロー
室8内の水を、後方の底部9に設けた導入口13
より導入しては、順次前方の底部10に設けたノ
ズル14から噴射する「水流付与手段」を構成し
ている。そして、ノズル14より噴射された水
は、いつたん水槽2の前壁15に沿つて上昇し、

ICリードフレーム17の側端をチヤツク機構
(爪機構)にてはさみ、支持ピン3,4による区
画領域上へ確実に移送し、そこで落下させるよう
にしても良い。
