<<Prior Art>> In recent years, so-called wood-synthetic resin composites (WPC), in which resin is injected into a tracheid of wood that has been evacuated under reduced pressure and cured under heat and pressure, have become popular.

On the other hand, in recent years, emphasis on the grain of wood has been used as a way to enhance the quality of wood and give it an image of luxury. Methods for emphasizing the heather grain include applying a heather grain enhancer or heather highlighter that reacts with trace components and pigments present in the wood, and forming unevenness on the surface of the veneer by brushing, etc. A method of reversing the grain pattern in which the convex portions are colored darker than the convex portions, and a method of adding a dye to the thermosetting resin liquid in advance are widely known.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, when this method is used, there is a drawback that the summer wood part becomes darker in color than the spring wood part and the heather grain is emphasized, resulting in a darker color throughout. In the case of method , the spring wood part has a concave part and the summer wood part has a convex part, so the emphasized heather grain is reversed from the original heather grain, resulting in the formation of an unnatural heather grain. It was hot. Further, in such a case, there were disadvantages in that the grain of the grain was not clear enough, that adjustment tanks with different coloring formulations were required, or that the impregnating pots had to be washed or a large number of pots had to be used.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have made extensive studies to solve these conventional drawbacks, and found that after impregnating a veneer with a thermosetting resin, the veneer is bonded to a base plywood by heat pressure curing. By adding an organic dye or the like in advance to the adhesive used to bond the veneer and the base plywood, and allowing the adhesive and thermosetting resin to mutually move between them, it is possible to easily create heathered grains. The present invention was achieved by discovering something that can be emphasized.

<<Means for Solving the Problems>> The above-mentioned object of the present invention is to impregnate a veneer with a thermosetting resin liquid, then attach the veneer to a base plywood that has been sealed, and apply the resin liquid. A method for producing a decorative board by heat-pressure curing the veneer and the base plywood, the resin component of the thermosetting resin being at least one selected from organic dyes, organic pigments, and inorganic pigments. This was achieved by a method for manufacturing a reinforced decorative board with emphasized grain, which is characterized by using an adhesive containing one type of adhesive.

After curing, the thermosetting resin that can be used in the present invention may be transparent or opaque.
For example, styrene, methyl methacrylate, diallyl phthalate, saturated or unsaturated polyester,
The resin composition can be appropriately selected from among resins commonly used for impregnated wood such as melamine and phenolic resins, unsaturated polyesters containing shrinkage reducing agents, and other known thermosetting resin compositions.

In the present invention, the method for impregnating the veneer with the thermosetting resin liquid can be appropriately selected from known methods, but in particular, the air in the tracheids is discharged by reducing the pressure, and the resin is defoamed. A method of injecting the resin liquid into a tracheid by applying pressure after immersing it in a liquid is
This is preferable because a large amount of the resin liquid can be impregnated into the veneer in a short period of time.

The adhesive used to firmly bond the veneer and the base plywood during the heat-pressure curing described above permeates into the tracheids during heat-pressure, so it must be impregnated into the veneer in advance. It is preferable from the viewpoints of good compatibility with the thermosetting resin, ease of penetration, and difficulty in causing unevenness in the finish. In this sense, in the present invention, it is preferable that the original components of the adhesive, which do not contain organic dyes, organic or inorganic pigments, etc., match the resin components of the thermosetting resin liquid with which the veneer is impregnated in advance.

The organic dye and organic or inorganic pigment used in the present invention can be appropriately selected from known dyes and pigments. Since dyes alone do not sufficiently emphasize the grain and are also inferior to pigments in light resistance, it is preferable to primarily use pigments with good light resistance, and to use dyes as subtle toning agents when necessary.

The base plywood used in the present invention needs to be sealed in advance. This is to prevent the adhesive from transferring to the base plywood and to allow the adhesive to efficiently move into the veneer, as will be described later. As this sealant, KR-137 (Koyo Sangyo Co., Ltd.), an aqueous vinyl urethane containing 10% by weight of TiO 2 , was used.
Use a publicly known product such as (manufactured by).

<<Function>> As in the present invention, when a veneer impregnated with a thermosetting resin in advance is attached to a base plywood via an adhesive and heated to cure the thermosetting resin under heat and pressure, The viscosity of the resin solution decreases until the polymerization reaction progresses to a certain extent. Therefore, in the case of the claimed invention,
The resin and the adhesive composed of the resin and the dye/pigment move with each other at the interface between the impregnated veneer and the colored adhesive, thereby emphasizing the grain. In this case, since the base plywood is sealed in advance, the adhesive will not transfer to the base plywood, and if hardwood is used as the veneer, resins, dyes, and pigments will transfer quickly. Therefore, the heathered grain is effectively emphasized.

Since the migration of adhesive into the veneer during heat-pressure curing is slight, in order to achieve the effect of emphasizing the heathered grain through this slight migration, the thickness of the veneer should preferably be 2 mm or less. , especially preferably 1 mm or less.
