Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は瓶用、特に医薬製品の即席溶液に使用
する瓶用のキヤツプ−溜め−点滴器の組立体に関
するものである。
ある医薬は水性媒質中で安定でないことが知ら
れている。
この場合には医薬溶液を即席に調製して医薬と
水性媒質との接触時間を７〜15日間に縮め、この
間治療を続け、医薬の安定性が認められる程損わ
れないのに充分な程度に治療を限定している。
既知の即席溶液調整用容器は極めて複雑かつ高
価で、特に目に使用する溶液の場合にそうであ
る。かかる既知容器は溶液が無菌であることを保
証できるのは全くまれである。実際に、既知容器
は（）無菌の粉末または顆粒の形態の医薬の入
つている瓶と、（）無菌の水溶液の入つている
第２の瓶または水薬瓶と、（）点滴器を有する
第３の無菌の瓶とからなる。
使用に当つては、粉末の入つている瓶および溶
液の入つている水薬瓶の口をあけ、溶液を粉末の
入つている瓶に注入する。この注入操作は見た目
より簡単でない。これは瓶の口が可成り小さく、
水薬瓶の口はなお一層小さいからである。さら
に、多くの場合に操作を行う患者はかなり年輩で
あり、手の動きが不安定でかつ／または視力が可
成り低下している。水溶液はこぼれ易く、この結
果得られる医薬溶液の濃度が予想より大きくな
り、このため医薬の用量が変つてくる。
さらに、多くの手による操作が必要であり、こ
のため溶液および点滴器の無菌状態がそこなわれ
易い。
一回の用量の飲むことのできる溶液および即席
シロツプの場合には、粉末の入つている溜めを使
用し、この溜めを水溶液の入つている瓶の口の上
に取り付け、次いで溜めを破壊するかあるいは開
けることにより粉末を水溶液中に落下させること
が知られている。次いで溜めを取り除き、廃棄す
る。一回の用量の溶液の場合には瓶に入つている
ものを即座に飲み、この容器を廃棄する。シロツ
プの場合には瓶の口にキヤツプをかぶせる。
即席溶液の調製後に取り除かれず、溶液のデイ
スペンサー特に点滴器としても作用する溜めキヤ
ツプは従来全く知られていない。
従つて本発明の目的は、即席溶液に容易に適用
および使用することができ、一方の瓶から他方の
瓶に注入する必要をなくし、また操作を行う者が
点滴器を取り扱う必要をなくし、従つて溶液の無
菌状態および医薬の正確な投与量を共に保証する
ことができる瓶用のキヤツプ−溜め−点滴器の組
立体を提供することにある。この場合に医薬の正
確な投与量を保証することができるのは、得られ
た溶液が確実に所望濃度になるからである。
本発明は、瓶の口の上に載るカラーを有する溜
めと、フルートの口金の形状にした下部およびカ
ラーの形状にした上部を有する送出ピストンと、
取り除くことのできる条片の形状にした下部を有
するキヤツプとを備えた、瓶用のキヤツプ−溜め
−点滴器の組立体において、前記送出ピストンの
上部に点滴器を取り付けたことを特徴とすること
により、上述の目的を達成する。さらに、キヤツ
プには送出ピストンと協働して前記送出ピストン
を押し下げる部分を設けることができる。
第１図に示すように、顆粒または粉末１２の入
つている溜め１をカラー１３によつて瓶４の口の
上に載せる。
この溜めのなかにフルートの口金の形状にした
下部２４を有する中空円筒体からなる送出ピスト
ン２を配置する。送出ピストン２の上部に、カラ
ー２２および点滴器２３を取り付ける。
瓶４のねじ山付頚部４１の上にはねじ山３５を
設けたキヤツプ３をかぶせる。キヤツプ３には引
きちぎり条片３１が取り付けられている。この条
片３１は保持部材および確実なシールとして作用
しかつ既知手段（図示せず）によつて瓶の頚部の
一体にされている。キヤツプ３の上部はカラー２
２に均一な圧力を及ぼすことができる部分３４を
有し、くぼみ３２が点滴器２３を収容するような
形状にする。
くぼみ３２の上部には点滴器２３の開口を閉止
する小さい突起（図示せず）を設けて、瓶をポケ
ツトまたは袋に入れている場合に溶液が流出しな
いようにするのが好ましい。
瓶４はガラスまたはポリプロピレンのような硬
質材料またはポリエチンのような半硬質材料から
製造することができる。
溜め１はポリエチレンのような半硬質材料から
製造するのが好ましく、底１１の周囲ではその厚
さを著しく薄くして弱い線状部分を形成する。
送出ピストン２の本体はポリプロピレンのよう
な硬質材料から製造し、点滴器２３の形状にした
上部は硬質または半硬質の材料から製造するのが
好ましい。さらに、フルートの口金の形状にした
下部２４は瓶に入つている全溶液を送出できるよ
うに適当に切込みまたは孔を設けた切刃を有する
ような形状にする。
キヤツプ３は硬質または半硬質の材料から製造
することだできる。引きちぎり条片３１は連結タ
ブ（図示せず）によつてキヤツプ３の本体に連結
され、これにより条片３１の除去が容易になる。
組み立てる際には、粉末または顆粒１２を計量
して溜め１のなかに入れ、次いで溜め１の上に送
出ピストン２を取り付ける。生成した組立体は必
要に応じて常法で殺菌することができる。
次いでこの組立体を瓶４の上に取り付ける。瓶
４のなかには予め溶液を計量して入れておく。最
後にキヤツプ３をかぶせる。このようにして得た
容器は必要に応じて殺菌することができる。
充填および殺菌の操作はすべて従来の技術およ
び機械を使用して行うことができる。
使用に当つては、引きちぎり条片すなわち確実
なシール３１を引きちぎる。舌片３３を設けるこ
とによりこの操作が容易になる。
また、引きちぎり条片３１は、その高さがカラ
ー２２の下側壁面とカラー１３の上面との間の距
離に等しいので、保持部材として作用する。確実
なシール３１を引きちぎつてしまうと、キヤツプ
３をさらに下方にねじ込むことができる。
この操作中に部分３４は送出ピストン２のカラ
ー２２の上を押圧し、ピストン２はフルートの口
金の形状にした下部２４によつて溜め１の底１１
をほぼ完全に切断および引き離す。この際底１１
の周囲に沿つた弱い部分によつて切断および引き
離しが容易に行われる。フルートの口金の形状を
した下部２４の最高点２５の部分だけは切断され
ず、従つて溜め１の底１１は溶液中に落下しな
い。
顆粒または粉末１２は溶液中に落下し、このよ
うにして所望の医薬の溶液または懸濁液が生成す
る。
同時にカラー２２が溜め１のカラー１３の上に
載り、点滴器２３は作動できるようになる。
この時点で、本発明に係る点滴瓶の操作は安定
な医薬溶液に普通に使用される種類の点滴瓶の操
作と全く同じになる。
図示の例では、キヤツプ３は瓶の頚部にねじ止
めさているが、圧力のみの作用で嵌着させること
ができる。
カラー２２と協働して送出ピストン２を押し下
げる作用をするキヤツプの部分３４は図示の例で
は平坦な形状をしているが、所要の作用をするこ
とができる場合には任意の他の形態にすることが
できる。
所要に応じて、キヤツプ３は既知の種類の子供
に安全なキヤツプの形状にすることができる。
溜め１の底１１を切断した際に瓶のなかの液体
と混合する液体で溜め１を満たすのが望ましい場
合には、点滴器２３を洩らないようにするのが好
ましく；この場合にはキヤツプ３をカラー２２の
上に押圧し、カラー２２がカラー２３の上に載つ
た際にくぼみ３２の上部に位置するとがつた突起
（図示せず）が点滴器２３の上部を貫通する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 瓶４の口の上に載るカラー１３を有する溜め
    １と、フルートの口金の形状にした下部２４およ
    びカラーの形状にした上部２２を有する送出ピス
    トン２と、取り除くことのできる条片３１の形状
    にした下部を有するキヤツプ３とを備えた、瓶用
    のキヤツプ−溜め−点滴器の組立体において、 前記送出ピストン２の上部に点滴器を取り付け
    たことを特徴とする瓶用のキヤツプ−溜め−点滴
    器の組立体。 ２ 前記キヤツプ３に前記送出ピストン２の前記
    カラー２２と協働して前記ピストン２を押し下げ
    る部分３４を設けた特許請求の範囲第１項記載の
    組立体。 ３ 前記取り除くことのできる条片を引きちぎり
    条片３１とし、その高さを前記カラー２２の下側
    壁面と前記カラー１３の上面との間の距離に等し
    くした特許請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の
    組立体。 ４ 前記瓶４の頚部の外面および前記キヤツプ３
    の内面にそれぞれねじ山（４１および３５）を設
    けた特許請求の範囲第１〜３項のいずれか一つの
    項に記載の組立体。
