As shown in FIG. 3, the material of the coating layer 2-2 remains on the surface and periphery of the surface pattern 2-1, which lacks sharpness and is insufficient. When such a coating layer 2-2 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, most of the coating layer 2-2 is cured by ultraviolet rays, but polymerization is inhibited in the portion corresponding to the surface pattern 2-1 due to the transfer of the polymerization inhibitor. The remaining part is pulled outward due to curing shrinkage caused by the surrounding ultraviolet rays to form a complete recess 2-3.

In the case of a wood grain pattern or a leather pattern, it is possible to obtain a texture that is even closer to natural than conventional products. Further, by using a colored transparent or colored semi-transparent sheet as the base sheet 1, a painted feeling is produced.

An embossed surface pattern 2-1 of wood grain, stone, leather, and abstract patterns is formed, and a back pattern 3 is printed directly on the back side using a wood grain plate and a color-changing plate, and the entire back side is covered with concealing properties. In case of solid printing with strong opaque ink or insufficient hiding power, the opaque hiding layer 4 is formed by laminating opaque colored thermoplastic sheets. Furthermore, it is even more effective to add shine to the back surface pattern 3 with pearl or metallic ink.

An ink containing a polymerization inhibitor such as butylpyrocatechol, sulfoxide, cyclic amide, or copper naphthenate, and an oil-repellent material such as fluorine-based resin can be used to create wood grain, stone, leather, and abstract patterns as shown in Figure 2. A surface pattern 2-1 corresponding to a concave pattern is formed by printing, and oligourethane acrylate, oligourethane acrylate, etc. A coating layer 2-2 is formed using an ultraviolet curable resin such as epoxy acrylate, unsaturated polyester, oligoacrylate, silicone acrylate, acrylate monomer, and styrene monomer. Then, the portion of the coating layer 2-2 in contact with the surface pattern 2-1 is repelled by the oil-repellent material and becomes depressed. The recesses formed by this oil-repellent material have a surface pattern 2 as shown in FIG.
The material of the coating layer 2-2 remains on the surface and periphery of the coating layer 2-1, which lacks sharpness and is insufficient. The remaining part is pulled outward due to curing shrinkage caused by the surrounding ultraviolet curing to form a complete recess. After this ultraviolet curing, the uncured portions are cured by heating at 120°C to 150°C for 20 to 60 seconds, and the stickiness is removed. Obtain sheet A.

If more than this is added, the ink tends to bubble, and the surface pattern 2-1 may become a series of dots instead of lines, and the luster may appear to disappear. Therefore, if it is desired to make the recess 2-3 a dot, it is possible to intentionally create a visual three-dimensional effect by increasing the amount of fluororesin mixed.

料で表面塗装をするようにすれば良い。 The appropriate amount of polymerization inhibitor to be included in the ink is 5% to 25%; if it is less than this, the recesses 2-3 cannot be formed, and if it is more than this, the uncured portions in the ultraviolet curable resin coating layer 2-2 As a result, stickiness tends to occur on the top surface of the sheet. Furthermore, if a thermosetting synthetic resin material selected from epoxy, polyester, melamine, polyurethane, phenol, and urea systems is used as the vehicle material for the ink, physical properties such as solvent resistance can be improved; If the paint containing the ultraviolet curable resin is not applied soon after printing the pattern 2-1, the curing will be completed and the effect of the polymerization inhibitor will disappear. Therefore, a surface pattern is printed with an ink that uses a thermoplastic resin as the vehicle material to produce a product decorative sheet A, and after pasting this onto a base such as furniture, the above-mentioned thermosetting synthetic resin is applied to the vehicle. The surface should be painted with the paint used as the material.

The transparent or translucent base sheet 1 is formed with a difference in thickness on the front and back sides, giving it a three-dimensional depth, and since both are printed patterns, they synchronize well, making it possible to create delicate and delicate expressions. be.

The portion of -2 in contact with the surface pattern 2-1 is recessed by being repelled by the oil-repellent material.
The recess formed by this oil-repellent material is the third
As shown in the figure, the material of the coating layer 2-2 remains on the surface and periphery of the surface pattern 2-1, resulting in insufficient sharpness.
