【産業上の利用分野】
本案は穀 稈搬送用の引起チェーンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】 従来刈取機における穀 稈引起装置としては引起チェーン に対して引起タインのラグ台を一定間隔毎に枢着したものである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
以上のような引起チェーンによると引起ケースにタインが収納される部分にお いてタインが緩衝ゴムに当たたり、緩衝ゴムに当たったタインが跳ね返ってチエ ンに当たったり、またはタイン自体が引起ケースに当たって騒音を発生する。 したがつて、本案は騒音が減少する引起チーンをうることを目的とするものであ る。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本案は以上のような目的を達成するために次のような引起チェーンを提供する ものである。すなわち、タイン付チェーンにおけるタインとタインの間のチェー ンの一部にチェーンより突出した位置にゴムを配置した引起チェーンである。

【作用】
タインとタインの間に設けたゴムが１つの緩衝ゴムとなりタインが引起ケース に収納されチェーンと干渉するときの騒音がゴムと干渉することで減少する。

【実施例】
以下図面に示す実施例について説明する。図３において１は引起ケース、２、 ３はケース内に装置されたスプロケットであつて、これらスプロケット２、３の 間にチェーン４が捲装されている。５はタインであつて、そのラグ台６には摺動 面７を備えており、これがケース内のガイドレール８で誘導され、これによつて タインの引起行程、すなわち上向き行程でケース１から突出し、下向き行程でタ インはケース内に収納されるようになつている。１１は引起ケースのタイン引き 込み部分に設けた緩衝ゴムである。
【０００７】 以上のものによるとタイン５が緩衝ゴム１１に当たつたり、そのタインがチェー ン４と干渉する。またタインが引起ケース１に当たる等タインが引起ケース内に 引き込むとき騒音を発生するのでこれを減少させるのが本考案である。図１に示 すようにチェーン４のタイン５とタイン５との間の突起１３にゴム体１２を設け 、チエン４より突出した位置にゴム体１２を配置したものである。以上のごとく 構成することによりタイン５が収納されチェーンと干渉する時、ゴムにタインが 干渉することにより騒音を減少させることができる。

【考案の効果】
本案のものによれば、タインが収納されチェーンと干渉する時の騒音がゴムと 干渉することで騒音が減少するという効果がある。
