法平坦部に設けられた連結用穴部と整合する連結用穴部
を備え上記保持金具を取付けるための取付金具と、 上記取付金具の取付用穴部、保持金具の長寸法平坦部並
びに短寸法平坦部に設けられた結合用穴部、及び、保持
金具と取付金具に設けられた連結用穴部に貫挿されそれ
ぞれを結合する締付け部材、とで構成されていることを
