(57)【要約】 【目的】本考案の目的は、スライドドア付乗降口のある
自動車において、燃料注入口の開閉蓋が該スライドドア
と干渉しないようにすることにある。 【構成】燃料注入口４に蝶着されている開閉蓋９をスプ
リング１２によって開き方向に付勢し、アンロック時に
は開閉蓋９は該スプリング１２の付勢力によって指Ｆが
入る程度でかつスライドドア３と干渉しない開度で開く
ようにする。

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はワンボックスカーのように自動車側面の乗降口にスライドドアが取付 けられた自動車の燃料注入口の開閉蓋に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図４に示すようにワンボックスカー(1) の側面の乗降口(2) には後方に開くス ライドドア(3) が取付けられている。そして該乗降口(2) の後側には燃料注入口 (4) が配置されている。 従来の燃料注入口(4) は図５に示すように自動車(1) のサイドパネル(1A)の所 定の箇所に凹部(5) を設け、該凹部(5) に栓(6) を付した注入口(7) が収納され 、該凹部(5) は車体側にヒンジ(8) を介して蝶着されている開閉蓋(9) により閉 鎖され、該開閉蓋(9) はロック(10)によってロックされている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記構成では給油時には開閉蓋(9) をアンロックして点線位置に開くのである が、開閉蓋(9) に指をかける手がかりがなくて開きにくゝ、また点線位置に開い た場合、スライドドア(3) を開くと蓋(9) に該ドア(3) が衝突する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、自動車側面において、 スライドドア付乗降口(2) の後側に配置される燃料注入口(4) に蝶着される開閉 蓋(9) であって、アンロック状態で該開閉蓋(9) はスライドドア(3) と干渉せず かつ指Ｆが入る程度の開度で開くようにスプリング(12)によって付勢されている 燃料注入口の開閉蓋を提供するものである。

【作用】
本考案では燃料注入口(4) の開閉蓋(9) をアンロック状態にすると、スプリン グ(12)によって指Ｆが入る程度の開度で開く。しかしこの状態では開閉蓋(9) は スライドドア(3) と干渉しない。 給油時には指Ｆを開閉蓋(9) にかけて該開閉蓋(9) を全開する。

【実施例】
本考案を図１〜図３に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、自動車(1) のサイド パネル(1A)の所定箇所に凹部(5) を設け、該凹部(5) に栓(6) を付した注入口(7 ) が収納されて燃料注入口(4) を構成しているが、該燃料注入口(4) には開閉蓋 (9) が取付けられている。 該開閉蓋(9) は車体側に取付けられているブラケット(11)のヒンジ(8) を介し て燃料注入口(4) に蝶着されているが、スプリング(12)によって開き方向に付勢 されている。
【０００７】 該スプリング(12)は長辺(12A) 、端辺(12B) および短辺(12C) からなるコの字 形をなし、長辺(12A) と短辺(12C) とは夫々Ｃの字状に屈曲されており、根端部 はカラー(13)を介してブラケット(11)に回動自在に枢着されており、端辺(12B) はカラー(14)を介して開閉蓋(9) 下面に回動自在に接続されている。
【０００８】 上記構成において、開閉蓋(9) のロック(10)をキーにより解除すれば、開閉蓋 (9) はスプリング(12)の付勢力によって指Ｆが入る程度の開度で開く。この場合 の開閉蓋(9) の突出量Ｗ2 はスライドドア(3) とサイドパネル(1A)との間隙Ｗ1 よりも小さいから、スライドドア(3) を開いても開閉蓋(9) は該ドア(3) と干渉 しない。
【０００９】 給油時は開閉蓋(9) の隙間を手がかりとして指Ｆをかけて開閉蓋(9) を図２に 示すように全開する。この際スプリング(12)の短辺(12C) は延び切って開閉蓋(9 ) を全開状態に支持する。そして栓(6) をはずしてガン(15)を注入口(7) に挿入 して給油を行なう。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案では燃料注入口の開閉蓋の開度がスプリングによって規制さ れ、スライドドアと干渉しないし、指をかける手がかりが出来、給油時に開閉蓋 を容易に全開することが出来る。

    口の後側に配置される燃料注入口に蝶着される開閉蓋で
    あって、アンロック状態で該開閉蓋スライドドアと干渉
    せずかつ指が入る程度の開度で開くようにスプリングに
    よって付勢されていることを特徴とする燃料注入口の開
    閉蓋
