Abstract

【目的】 モータのリ−ド線を風胴の保護リブの溝部に
収納保持して、モータのリード線の案内を行うと共に外
観的にもスッキリとさせる。 【構成】 風胴（３）の保護リブ（６）の裏面に断面匚
形の溝部（８）を形成し、この溝部に、前記保護リブに
固定したモータ（１０）のリード線（１３）を収納保持
する。

観的にもスッキリとさせる。 【構成】 風胴（３）の保護リブ（６）の裏面に断面匚
形の溝部（８）を形成し、この溝部に、前記保護リブに
固定したモータ（１０）のリード線（１３）を収納保持

Description
【０００１】
本考案は温風式コタツに使用される温風機のリ−ド線保持装置に関する。
【０００２】
温風式コタツに使用されるモータは、吸気口を覆う網目のカバーの中央部に取 り付けられているが、前記モータから引き出されたリード線がモータによって回 転するファンに当ってリード線の被覆が破れたり、ファンの回転が停止してモー タが焼損する危険があった。このため、実公昭６３−３７６２５号公報に見られ るようにモータのリード線を隣接するアーム（モータを取り付ける金具）に沿わ せ結束線にて取り付けているが、いちいち結束線で縛るため、その作業が面倒で あったり外観的にも見苦しいものであった。

本考案は、モータのリード線を風胴の保護リブの溝部に収納保持して、リード 線の案内を行うと共に外観的にもスッキリとさせたものである。

本考案は、シャーシと、このシャーシに取り付けた吸気口を有する風胴と、前 記風胴と一体に設けられ前記吸気口を覆う複数本の保護リブと、該保護リブの中 央部に固定され風胴内に設けたファンを回転するモータとを備え、前記保護リブ の裏面に形成した断面匚形の溝部に前記モータのリード線を収納保持したもので ある。

モータのリード線を風胴と一体に設けられた保護リブの裏面の溝部に収納保持 したことにより、リード線は溝部によって保持され落下やたるみによるファンへ の接触がない。

本考案の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。図１は温風機の一部を切欠した平面 図、図２は要部斜視図、図３は図１のＸ−Ｘ断面図である。（１）はコタツ枠体 （図示せず）に装着する温風機、（２）はシャーシ、（３）は該シャーシに取り 付けた合成樹脂製の風胴で、円形の吸気口（４）と吐出口（５）を形成している 。（６）は前記風胴（３）と一体に設けられ前記吸気口（４）を覆う複数本の保 護リブで、縦横に連設しており一部のリブ（７）（７）は断面匚形に形成し、そ の裏面に溝部（８）．（８）及び該溝部を囲む補強片（９）（９）、（９）（９ ）を形成している。（１０）はネジ（１１）（１１）によって前記保護リブ（６ ）の中央部に固定され前記風胴（３）内に設けたファン（１２）を回転するモー タで、リード線（１３）（１３）を導している。このリード線（１３）．（１３ ）は図３に示す様に溝部（８）．（８）内に押し込んで収納し補強片（９）．（ ９）、（９）（９）の弾性により保持している。（１４）は前記風胴（３）を囲 みシャーシ（２）に固定したカバーで、前記吸気口（４）に対向する部分に孔（ １５）（１５）…を穿ち吸気するものである。

以上のように本考案は、保護リブの溝部にモータのリード線を収納保持したた め、リード線は溝部に収納するだけで保持することができ落下やたるみによりフ ァンへの接触を防止することができる。また、リード線は前述の溝部への収納と 併せて外観的には見栄えのいいものとなる。

- 【請求項１】 シャーシと、このシャーシに取り付けた
吸気口を有する風胴と、前記風胴と一体に設けられ前記
吸気口を覆う複数本の保護リブと、該保護リブの中央部
に固定され風胴内に設けたファンを回転するモータとを
備え、前記保護リブの裏面に形成した断面匚形の溝部に
前記モータのリード線を収納保持したことを特徴とする
温風機のリ−ド線保持装置。
