浸入しないファッション性に富んだ靴甲被を得る。 【構成】 一枚の熱可塑性樹脂シートを使用し、先飾片
等のファッション性を現出する各部品はウエルダー成形
によって成形され、唯一の縫糸により生じる隙間は熱可
塑性樹脂テープによって覆われている。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、雨天時, 降雪時等に履用しても、靴内に水が浸入しない防水性靴甲 被に関する。

【従来の技術】
最近のように、服装を初め、靴においても外観においてもファッション化が進 み、その甲被においては甲被本体の所定の個所に先飾り, サイド飾り, サイドラ イン, カウンター, 鳩目片等の種々の部品が縫着されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これらの甲被は縫糸と前記各部品及び甲被本体との間に僅かで はあるが、縫い針の穴や継ぎ目の隙間ができ、雨天時や降雪時中に履用していて 時間が長くなると、前記隙間から水が浸入してきて、履き心地を極めて低下させ ていた。 本考案は前記事情に鑑み、長時間、雨天時又は降雪時にファッション性に富ん だ靴を履用しても靴内に水が浸入しない靴甲被を提供することを目的とするもの である。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本考案の甲被本体(1) は、ほぼ馬蹄形状の熱可塑性樹脂シートがウエルダー成 形により、所定の個所に先飾り(2) , サイド飾り(3) , サイドライン(4) , カウ ンター(5) , 鳩目片(6) 等が浮き上がり状に形成されており、前記甲被本体(1) の踵部の両端縁は突き合わせ状態で千鳥縫いされ、その外面は縫目(7) が両端に ２列に現出した状態でウエルダー溶着により熱可塑性樹脂テープ(8) で覆われて おり、且つ、前記甲被本体(1) の左右の鳩目片(6) の開口部には舌片(9) 、履口 部には履口パット(11)がそれぞれ縫着されている防水性靴甲被を要旨とするもの である。 本考案を実施するに当たっては、熱可塑性樹脂シートとしては、ポリ塩化ビニ ル, エチレンー酢酸ビニル共重合体, ポリアミド , ポリビニルアルコール , ポリウレタン等のシートが使用される。 又、甲被本体の先飾り(2) , サイド飾り(3) , サイドライン(4) , カウンター (5) , 鳩目片(6) に相当する個所にはウエルダー成形をする前に外観を引き立た せるように、着色や模様等を付与しておくと、成形後の本考案の靴甲被はよりフ ァツション化し、商品価値を高めることができる。 その他適宜の部品、例えば文字，記号，ワンポイントマーク等もウエルダー成 形により現出させることができる。 さらに又、前記甲被本体(1) の踵部の両端縁を突き合わせ状態にするのは、段 差をなくし、平滑面にするためであり、千鳥縫いにするのは突き合わせ部分の縫 着をできるだけ強固にするためである。

【作用及び効果】
本考案の靴甲被は、先飾り(2) , サイド飾り(3) , サイドライン(4) , カウン ター(5) , 鳩目片(6) 等は甲被本体(1) と同一の一枚の部材であるので、縫糸等 による隙間は全くなく、唯一の隙間が生じる甲被本体(1) の踵部の両端縁の個所 は突き合わせ状態の部分の千鳥縫いによる隙間が熱可塑性樹脂テープ(8) によっ て溶着状態じ覆われており、外部とは完全に遮断されているので、この部分での 水の浸入もなく、従って、本考案の靴甲被は全面において防水性を有する。

  1. 【請求項１】 甲被本体(1) は、ほぼ馬蹄形状の熱可塑
    性樹脂シートがウエルダー成形により、所定の個所に先
    飾り(2) , サイド飾り(3) , サイドライン(4) , カウン
    ター(5) , 鳩目片(6) 等が浮き上がり状に形成されてお
    り、前記甲被本体(1) の踵部の両端縁は突き合わせ状態
    で千鳥縫いされ、その外面は縫目(7)が両端に２列に現
    出した状態でウエルダー溶着により熱可塑性樹脂テープ
    (8) で覆われており、且つ、前記甲被本体(1) の左右の
    鳩目片(6) の開口部には舌片(9) 、履口部には履口パッ
    ト(11)がそれぞれ縫着されている防水性靴甲被。
