Conventionally, it has been known to use solid paraffin wax as a heating fuel for indoors and the like, and many combustion devices thereof have been developed. However, all of them merely burned the paraffin wax through the wick. Although solid paraffin wax is cheaper than other fuels in terms of price, on the other hand, it has an unpleasant odor peculiar to solid paraffin wax, and a large amount of so-called "soot" is generated due to the generation of a large amount of steam and incomplete combustion. After all, it has been established that it is not suitable as a fuel for greenhouses and indoor heating appliances.

However, the features of the configuration of the present invention are that a substantially sealed solid paraffin wax container having a through hole at the center of the upper surface and a container located in the container on the same line as the central axis of the container are open to the outside. In a state where the container is welded to the bottom of the container, the upper part is located above the container with a small space between the through hole and the upper end surface is a holding cylinder opened to the outside air,
A wick that is made of a material that is highly non-flammable and has excellent penetration of paraffin wax, and is closely wound around the outer wall over almost the entire length of the holding cylinder. It has a flat plate with a large diameter, and a large number of small holes are provided in the periphery, and the lower part of it is closely fitted to the upper part of the inner wall of the holding cylinder, and the outer wall of the upper part of the combustion cylinder is projected outward. A vertical double-sided flame spreader provided, a flame adjustment tube that has an appropriate height that allows vertical movement between the upper surface of the container and the flame spreader, and is closely fitted to the wick, and the holding The solid paraffin wax combustion apparatus is composed of an air supply cylinder in which the ends are welded to the upper surface of the container at intervals around the outside of the cylinder, the upper end is opened to the outside air, and a large number of suction holes are formed in the circumference. The solid paraffin wax used in the device of the present invention is previously stored in the above-mentioned container. When the solid paraffin wax is to be burned and used for heating the room, an appropriate ignition device is applied to the exposed portion of the wick. As a result, the wick is heated and heat is transferred to the solid paraffin wax in the container. And melted. At this time, the paraffin wax rises along the wick and is ignited. In this case, the air required for the combustion rises from the open end of the holding cylinder, enters the combustion cylinder, and is discharged to the outside air through the small holes and the flat plate and flame. It can be mixed well with paraffin wax such as by hitting a diffuser to increase its combustion. Further, at this time, the air around the apparatus also heats up between the holding cylinder and the air supply cylinder, so that the air enters through the many suction holes of this cylinder and the air rising from the holding cylinder synergistically causes the combustion. When the paraffin wax is burned more reliably and completely, the airflows of the paraffins work together to increase the flame, and this flame is good and heats the flat plate and flame diffuser plate. As a result, the entire circumference of the apparatus, that is, the room can be sufficiently heated. As described above, according to the apparatus of the present invention, the paraffin wax can be almost completely burned, so that it is possible to prevent the unpleasant odor peculiar to solid paraffin wax, a large amount of water vapor, and the generation of soot.

(1) is a substantially sealed solid paraffin wax container made of a metal material, which has a hollow semi-spherical shape with a flat upper side, and a through hole is provided at the center of the upper wall. (2) is a vertical holding cylinder provided on the same line as the central axis of the storage container (1), and its end is welded to the bottom of the storage container (1) in a state of being opened to the outside air. Although the upper part (3) of the holding cylinder (2) penetrates the through hole of the storage container (1), there is a small gap between the upper part (3) and the inner wall of the hole, and the upper end is located above the storage container (1). The upper end surface is open to the outside. (4) is a tube-shaped wick made of a material excellent in permeation of paraffin wax, such as "mixed spinning of glass fiber and steel wire", "nonwoven fabric mixed with glass fiber" or "asbestos". It is tightly wound around the outer wall of the tube (2). In the winding of the wick (4), it is important that the lower part of the wick (4) is expanded outward, that is, radially in the container (1). Further, the upper part of the wick (4) is closely fitted in a small gap between the through hole of the storage container (1) and the holding tube (2), and the upper end thereof is substantially the same as the upper end of the holding tube (2). It is preferable. Reference numeral (6) is a combustion tube made of the same metal material as the container (1) and having a diameter slightly smaller than that of the holding tube (2). The upper end of the combustion cylinder (6) is fixed to the central portion of a horizontal flat plate (5) having a larger diameter than the cylinder (6). A large number of small holes (7) are penetrated to the inside of the combustion cylinder (6) around the upper part of the combustion cylinder (6). The lower part of the combustion cylinder (6) is closely fitted to the upper part of the inner wall of the holding cylinder (3). Further, the flame spreader (8) having a double-row structure is made to project outward from the upper outer wall of the combustion cylinder (6).
To provide. In this case, it goes without saying that a large number of small holes (7) of the combustion cylinder (6) are provided at positions where they are not closed. Further, it is preferable that the lower wall of the lowermost flame diffuser plate is located at a position in contact with the upper end surfaces of the holding cylinder (2) and the wick (4). (9) is a flame adjusting cylinder made of an appropriate metal material and having a slightly larger diameter than the wick (4). The flame adjusting cylinder (9) has an appropriate height so that it can be moved up and down between the lower wall of the upper surface of the container (1) and the flame diffusing plate at the lowest stage, and is closely fitted to the wick (4). Although it is provided, this tight fitting prevents the paraffin wax in the storage container (1) from evaporatively evaporating to the outside air, and flame adjustment such as raising the flame adjustment cylinder (9) is performed. It shall not hinder its climbing work when necessary. Reference numeral (10) is a vertical air supply cylinder provided with a large number of small suction holes (11) on the periphery thereof, and is arranged coaxially with the holding cylinder (2) spaced apart from the holding cylinder (2) in the outward direction, and the end thereof is the accommodating container. It is welded to the upper surface of (1) and the upper end is open to the outside air. Incidentally, reference numeral (12) in the drawing denotes a plurality of legs provided so as to project downward from the bottom of the storage container (1). Although the upper wall of the container is not described in detail, it has a lid shape that can be attached and detached. [Explanation of Operation and Effect of Present Invention Example] In describing the present invention example, solid paraffin wax is previously built in the container (1). Then, when it is desired to burn the solid paraffin wax for heating the room or the like, an appropriate ignition device is applied to the portion where the wick (4) is exposed, that is, above the flame adjusting cylinder (9). As a result, the wick (4) is heated and the heat is transferred to and melted in the solid paraffin wax in the container (1). At this time, this wick (4) is made of a material excellent in permeation of paraffin wax such as a mixed fiber of glass fiber and steel wire or a mixed fiber of glass fiber or asbestos, and heat from the upper part is transferred. Therefore, the paraffin wax rises and is ignited by the fibrous capillary phenomenon or the like. In this case, the air required for combustion rises from the open portion at the end of the holding cylinder (2), enters the combustion cylinder (6) and is discharged to the outside air through the small holes (7), and the flat plate (5) and the flame diffuser plate (8). ), The combustion of the paraffin wax can be increased. At this time, the air on the outer periphery of the device also enters between the holding cylinder (2) and the air supply cylinder (10) through a large number of suction holes (11) of the holding cylinder (2) and the holding cylinder (10). 2)
The synergistic effect with the air rising from above makes sure that the burning of the paraffin wax hits the flame during the above combustion and completes the combustion of the paraffin wax. Since the flat plate (5) and the flame diffusion plate (8) are well heated, the entire periphery of the apparatus, that is, the room can be sufficiently heated. When it is desired to lower the heating temperature of the device of the present invention or to raise it conversely, the ignition area of the wick (4) may be adjusted by moving the flame adjusting cylinder (9) up and down.
