Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently perform drying treatment and material quality modifying treatment by covering one of the cut ends of a knotted bamboo material with a cover and sucking air in the cover to remove moisture from conductive tissue and covering the other cut end of the cover to inject a fluid in the cover. CONSTITUTION:A cover 4 is attached to one cut end 2 of a round bamboo material 1 and one end of a pressure-resistant hose 7 is connected to the cover 4 and the other end of the hose 7 is connected to a vacuum pump 5. Moisture is sucked from the cut end 2 through the conductive tissue of the round bamboo material 1 by the vacuum pump 5. The cover 4 is also attached to the other cut end 3 of the round bamboo material 1 and a prescribed liquid is injected in the conductive tissue from the cover 4 by a pressure pump 6. Therefore, the drying of the bamboo material can be rapidly performed and the insect control and material quality modification due to the liquid can be performed at the same time.

2. Description of the Related Art The conventional drying method of bamboo materials is mainly natural drying. In the case of round bamboo materials of green bamboo, they are dried in the shade in a well-ventilated shade and immersed in boiling caustic soda solution for about 20 minutes to contain the green bamboo. The round bamboo material of the oil-free bamboo whose oil and water-soluble components had been removed and the surface of which had been wiped off was dried outdoors in the sun. Other methods include a dehumidifying and drying method in which a round bamboo material is carried into a room provided with a dehumidifier and left for a predetermined date and time, and a depressurizing and drying method in which a circular bamboo material is carried into a decompression container and left for a predetermined date and time.

In addition, when the bamboo material is injected with a fluid such as a gas or a liquid in order to prevent insects, mildew and materials,
The fluid and the bamboo material were inserted into a closed container, and the inside of the container was depressurized, pressurized, or heated to impregnate the bamboo material with the required fluid.

In the drying of the round bamboo materials such as the above-mentioned green bamboo materials and oil-free bamboo materials, the processing is often not carried out systematically due to the influence of seasonal changes and weather changes, and the drying period is To be long. This prolonged drying breaks into bamboo,
It causes mold and rot, the yield and productivity of bamboo materials decrease, and the supply of bamboo materials in line with the plan is hindered. As a result, the bamboo material processing business does not achieve stable production, and it is not possible to use this bamboo material in the next process. The influence was unavoidable. Dehumidification drying, vacuum drying, etc., proposed for the purpose of solving these problems, require a drying place and drying equipment, and although the equipment cost increases, there is little improvement in efficiency and productivity, and it is unavoidable. The fact is that the processing cost increases, the practicality decreases, and improvement is strongly desired.

In the present invention, since the above-described means is used, the water content of the bamboo material is forcibly sucked from one end of the pathway tissue unique to the bamboo material, which is a passageway and a teacher's canal, which are passageways for water content and nutrients. The removal of S. cerevisiae proceeds at a rate that is not comparable to the removal by dryness of the non-communicable tissue bamboo and epidermis covered with endothelium. In the present invention, a round bamboo material cut out from a bamboo grove is treated with a knotted bun, directly or after removing oil, so that the efficiency, economy, workability, and productivity are good. This is due to the fact that only the ventilation structure peculiar to the bamboo material is inhaled as a result of the cutoff of the air intake through the inside of the round bamboo material due to the felling and the knots.

This means that the cut bamboo pieces are bundled into
In other words, even if the foreheads are aligned, a cover is attached thereto as in the present invention, and even if the suction is forcibly sucked from the cover as in the present invention,
Although it is superior to the conventional example, the same effect as the present invention cannot be obtained,
It is clear from the fact that the same effect as that of the present invention can be obtained by filling the gap between the split bamboo materials with either the leading edge side or the trailing edge side of the forehead or both end sides to provide a non-ventilated state. In the latter case, it is considered that the action equivalent to that of the present invention is obtained as a result of suctioning from one end of the passageway tissue as in the present invention. In this case, the space factor of the equivalent amount of bamboo material to be treated decreases, and the packing of the transport unit is completed at the same time, but provision of a practical embedding means that reduces the required labor and time is awaited.

Injecting a fluid such as a gas or a liquid from the other end can be efficiently performed in parallel with the above-mentioned efficient removal of water. After filling the tissue, the fluid such as gas or liquid diffuses and permeates into the cells around the passageway tissue to expel the water inside the bamboo material and replace it substantially completely. Bamboo materials that are vulnerable to heat easily crack and discolor when heated, and stain the bamboo skin.
Since the boiling point of water during depressurization (in vacuum) is much lower than 100 ° C, the water inside the passageway tissue is effectively vaporized and sucked at this low temperature, and the fluid is injected, so that the soiling of the round bamboo will not occur. Disappear.

4 and 6 both show the relationship between the number of drying days and the average water content, and FIGS. 5 and 7 both show the round bamboo material 1 dried for 6 days.
The water content of each part is shown. As is clear from the figure, the small-scale drying of the present invention example has better drying efficiency than any of the conventional examples, and is the most drying efficiency among conventional techniques, as compared with dehumidifying drying,
Aomaru bamboo material 1 showed a water content lower by about 60% after 6 days of drying, and oil-free bamboo bamboo material 1 showed a water content lower by about 25%. In the case of Aomaru Bamboo Material 1, after 6 days of drying, if left for several days, the water content in the central part is moved to the inlet / outlet part to be removed and the water content is averaged. Differently, since oil and water-soluble components are present in the passageway tissue and interfere with the suction effect, if the device capacity is set according to this suction speed, the number of days after the above drying 6 days plus the number of days left will pass. By the time
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the above-mentioned averaging drying can be completed.

FIG. 8 shows the water content when the oil-free circular bamboo material 1 is suction-dried for 4 days in different treatment atmosphere temperatures, and the pressure / suction drying is performed for 2 days under the treatment room atmosphere temperature of 20 ° C. The water content is shown. FIG. 9 shows the water content of each part on the drying treatment end date of the test oil-free circular bamboo material 1 of FIG. 8, that is, 2 days in the case of pressurization / suction, and 4 days in the other cases. The figure shows that when the atmospheric temperature is high, the water content decreases and the drying efficiency is improved.
Although the drying time was 0%, the water content was lower than any of the above, and the drying efficiency was markedly increased.

FIG. 10 shows a case where a liquid basic dye is injected into an oil-free circular bamboo material having a length of 1 m for 2 hours by the conventional method of the two examples and the method of the present invention. The injection rate is shown for each distance. FIG. 11 shows the rate of increase of the liquid impregnation weight with respect to the weight of the bamboo material of the test round bamboo material according to the distance from the edge in the injection. Both figures show that the example of the present invention is far superior to the two conventional methods in the uniformity of impregnation in the length direction of bamboo and the rapidness of impregnation over the whole.

Since the present invention utilizes the above-mentioned action by using the above-mentioned means, it can remarkably improve the rapid accuracy, economic efficiency, workability, and productivity of the drying process of bamboo, and has the highest added value. In addition to the field of industry, it is possible to carry out treatments such as insect repellent, mildew proof, material improvement, etc., which are indispensable for the planned production of the product to which is given, in parallel with economically high workability and high productivity. The ripple effect on related fields is also large.
