【0007】[0007]
1 to 5 show one embodiment of a plug-in connector according to the present invention. In these drawings, this embodiment shows a type in which two electric wires 1 are connected. As the electric wires 1, generally, single-core electric wires are used, and the connecting end of each of them to the connector, which is the connecting end, is peeled off by peeling the insulation coating, as is well known. Section (hereinafter referred to as the electric wire peeling section 1).
As is clear from FIGS. 3 to 5 and the like, the plug-in connector generally designated by 10 is a holder formed as a rectangular cylinder whose both ends are closed by a synthetic resin material having heat resistant insulation. 11 and a conductor 20 that is electrically connected between the electric wires by sandwiching the electric wire peeling portion 1 which is arranged and inserted in the holder 11 under pressure.
According to the present invention, as is apparent from FIGS. 1 to 3, according to the present invention, the holder 11 is formed in a substantially housing shape in which the space 15 for disposing the conductor 20 is opened at one end side. And a lid body portion 14 formed integrally with a part of a side edge portion 16a of the opening 16 via a hinge portion 13 and combined so as to close the opening 16. It has features.
In this embodiment, the free end side of the lid body portion 14 is attached to the lid body portion 14 in a state where the lid body portion 14 is combined with the hinge portion 13 so as to close the opening 16 of the holder body portion 12. By engaging the holder body 12 with the engaging means, these are integrated. In the figure, reference numeral 17a denotes a locking hole provided in a portion of the holder body 12 on the opening side 16b facing the hinge 13, and 17b denotes a locking hole 17a engaged when the lid 13 is assembled. With the engaging projection, the holder main body 12 and the lid body 14 can be integrally assembled at the time of assembly by the engaging means by the locking hole 17a and the engaging projection 17b. ing.
Here, in order to obtain a reliable fixed state of the lid body portion 14 to the holder body portion 12, in addition to the locked state by the above-mentioned engaging means, the outer peripheral edge portion of the lid body portion 14 and Alternatively, both members may be assembled and fixed by welding the joints at the opening-side edge portions 16a and 16b of the holder main body portion 12 to integrate them.
Reference numeral 19 in the drawing denotes two wire insertion holes which are formed at the end of the holder main body 12 opposite to the opening 16 and are arranged in parallel to insert the wire peeling portion 1 into the holder 11. is there. These wire insertion holes 19 are formed in a substantially trumpet shape having a large diameter on the outer end side, and are shaped so that the wire peeling portion 1 can be easily inserted.
According to such a configuration, the conductor 20 is incorporated in the holder main body 12 and disposed, and the side edge portion 16 a of the holder main body 12 is closed so as to close the opening 16. The holder 11 can be obtained by combining and fixing the lid portions 14 that are connected to each other via the hinge portion 13, and integrating these components. The advantages are that it can be minimized, the molding processability and the assemblability can be improved, and the cost can be further reduced.
Here, a conductor 20 which is arranged in the space 15 in the holder 11 as described above and electrically connects with other electric wires (not shown) by sandwiching each electric wire peeling portion 1 under pressure. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 4, for example, a base end portion 22 in which a plurality of wire insertion holes 21 are orthogonally arranged in the wire insertion direction and a pair of side ends extending in the wire insertion direction from both side edges thereof are provided. A conductive member 25 formed by bending the metal plate material into a substantially U shape by the side surface portions 23 and 24, and an electric wire that is disposed along the inside of one side surface portion 23 and is inserted from each electric wire insertion hole 21. It is preferable to use the one constituted by the electric wire pressure contact leaf spring 26 or the like having the pressure contact piece 26a for pressing the peeling portion 1 against the other side surface portion 24 side.
Reference numeral 27 in the drawing denotes a conductive plate arranged in parallel on one side surface portion 24 of the conductive member 25, and is made of a conductive plate material having a predetermined thickness such as a tin plate or the like. Has been formed. Then, the electric wire peeling portion 1 is pressed against the conductive plate 27 by the pressure contact piece 26a and held between them, so that the electric connection between the electric wires can be performed more reliably. Further, by using such a conductive plate 27, the conductive member 25 can be formed by bending with a thin metal plate material such as an iron plate, so that the overall weight and cost can be reduced.
Further, in the above-described conductor 20, the conductive member 25, the wire pressure contact leaf spring 26, and the conductive plate 27, which constitute the conductor 20, are moved in the holder 11 in the wire insertion direction to move to the holder main body portion 12. It is arranged to be assembled in a state in which it is constrained by being sandwiched with the lid portion 14. Therefore, such a conductor 20 has advantages such as a simplified structure, excellent workability and assembling of each part, and cost reduction.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the structure of the embodiment described above, and the shape, structure, etc. of each part can be appropriately modified and changed. For example, the holder main body part 12 constituting the holder 11 of the connector 10 can be modified. Various modifications are conceivable as the shape, structure, etc. of the lid portion 14.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the lid portion 14 is locked and fixed to the holder body 12 which constitutes the holder 11 by the engaging means (17a, 17b) is shown. It will be easily understood that the means may be adopted, and press-fitting, adhesion, welding, and other locking structures can be appropriately adopted.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the lid body portion connected to the holder body 12 via the hinge portion 13 is divided into two parts, and the lid body portions 14a and 14b are respectively formed. May be integrally formed on the holder body 12 side via the hinge portion 13, and the joint portions 30 and 30 may be joined together and fixed by welding.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the wire insertion hole 19 is formed on the holder main body 11 side has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, as shown in FIG. It may be formed on the portion 14 side. In FIG. 8, reference numeral 30 denotes a connection confirmation piece which is formed in a part of the holder main body 11 and is provided so that the insertion connection state of the wire peeling portion 1 can be confirmed from the outside.
Further, in these embodiments, the opening 16 for incorporating the conductor 20 in the holder 11 is formed so as to be opened in the electric wire insertion direction, but the present invention is not limited to this, and is orthogonal to the electric wire insertion direction. It will be easily understood that the lid body portion 14 formed by opening in the direction and closing it may be integrally formed with the holder body portion 12 via the hinge portion 13.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the conductor 20 is constituted by the conductive member 25, the wire pressure contact leaf spring 26, and the conductive plate 27 is used, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the conductor 20 is inserted. It suffices that the electric conductor has a structure capable of pressing and holding the electric wire peeling portion 1 to be held, and various modifications can be considered.
【0023】[0023]
As described above, according to the plug-in connector of the present invention, the holder made of a synthetic resin material having heat-resistant insulation that electrically connects the wires by inserting the wire peeling part is used. A holder main body part having a substantially housing shape formed by opening the body installation space at one end side and a part of the side edge part of the opening are integrally formed via a hinge part to close the opening. Since the lid body part can be combined with the lid body part so as to close the opening of the holder main body part through the hinge part, the lid body part can be integrated with the lid part part. Regardless, the holder can be configured simply by combining the holder main body that incorporates the conductor with the lid so as to close the opening, and the holder can be configured with the minimum number of component parts. Molding workability of each part Excellent strike surface, there are a variety excellent effect on a real such like which is excellent in still assembling of the surface.
