FIG. 9 shows a DC power source 51 and a semiconductor module element.
FIG. 4 is a schematic circuit diagram showing a so-called inverter circuit composed of 400 and a surge voltage absorption protection circuit (hereinafter referred to as snubber circuit) 50. In such an inverter circuit,
By turning on and off the semiconductor module element 400, the DC voltage from the DC power supply 51 is converted into an AC voltage, and the output terminal
A predetermined AC output is obtained at 52. At this time, in order to protect the circuit from the surge voltage generated when the semiconductor module element 400 is turned on and off, a snubber circuit 50 is attached. When configuring this type of circuit,
Since the snubber circuit 50 requires individual components such as capacitors, resistors, and diodes, these individual components are collectively mounted on a printed circuit board to form a semiconductor module element.
Placed in close proximity to 400 and connected.

However, in the related art, when the printed circuit board is fastened and fixed to the metal electrode with screws or the like, various problems occur.
First, there is the problem of fixed strength. As shown in FIG. 10, the electrode part 255 of the printed circuit board 250 is connected to the good conductive metal stud 403.
In the case of the structure that is tightened with the tightening screw 450,
A compressive force is applied in the thickness direction of the printed circuit board 250.
In general, the material of the printed circuit board is weak in strength with resin such as glass epoxy, so if the compressive force due to screw tightening is too strong, the printed circuit board may be distorted or extremely cracked. It will not be possible to tighten the screws tightly. Therefore, there is a risk that the tightening screw will loosen due to factors such as vibration and the printed circuit board will fall off.

Secondly, there is a problem of incomplete electrical contact. As mentioned above, it is not possible to tighten the tightening screw firmly due to the weakness of the printed circuit board.
This means that the electrode 255 of the printed circuit board 250 and the good conductive metal stud 403 shown in the example of FIG. 10 cannot be pressed firmly together, and the electrical contact must be weakened. Also, as the first problem pointed out, if the tightening screw is loosened, the electrical contact becomes weaker, and in the worst case, if the tightening screw comes off, it is connected to the protection circuit etc. provided on the printed circuit board. It will disappear and will lead to a serious situation such as the destruction of the device.

Further, as a factor of weakening the electrical connection, the electrodes on the printed circuit board are formed by a copper foil pattern, and the thickness thereof is as thin as several tens of μm. Similar to the printed circuit board itself, the copper foil pattern is applied to the stud electrode with a tightening screw to apply pressure in the thickness direction. Since the copper foil pattern is thin, this pressure may cause a situation such as foil breakage or foil peeling that reduces the reliability of electrical contact.

Third, there is the problem that a large current cannot flow through the printed circuit board. In the inverter circuit shown in FIG. 9, a large DC current flows from the DC power supply 51 to the semiconductor module element 400 wiring.
In the wiring structure such as 10, it is connected to the middle point between the printed circuit board and the semiconductor module element, that is, the electrode terminal of the semiconductor module element or the upper part of the metal stud electrode of good conductivity (using a bus bar, the electrode of the semiconductor module element is used). For example, when connecting to a terminal), it has not been done to wire a large current from above the printed circuit board to pass a large current to the printed circuit board section. The cause of this will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 11 shows a state in which the bus bar and the electrode portion on the printed circuit board are fastened together with the good conductive metal studs by fastening screws, and 460 is the bus bar. That is, the current of the bus bar 460 from above the printed circuit board 250 reaches the good conductive metal stud 403 via the tightening screw 450 (flow A) and the electrode portion 255 on the printed circuit board 250.

At this time, since the copper foil pattern is thin, the resistance against a large current is large, and it is expected that most of the large current from the bus bar 460 will flow through the path A. However, an iron screw is usually used as the tightening screw 450 from the viewpoint of strength, and when a large current flows through this, heat is generated due to the skin effect. This heat generation causes expansion of the iron screw, which causes loosening of tightening and the like. On the other hand, there is also a method of reducing this heat generation using a brass screw, but it is expected that most of the above-mentioned current will pass through the screw portion, and the heat generation of the tightening screw portion will increase. . For this reason, the printed circuit board is not made to have a wiring structure through which a large current passes, which has been a factor that reduces the degree of freedom in circuit structure design.

With this solution, the printed circuit board can be fixed and electrically connected without directly pressing the printed circuit board, and the tightening pressure between the external electrodes and the printed circuit board electrode terminals can be increased. You can Therefore,
It is possible to prevent the tightening screw from loosening or coming off, and to obtain a strong printed circuit board mounting structure and reliable electrical contact.
Since the large current wiring can be performed via the printed circuit board, the degree of freedom of the wiring route in the power conversion circuit can be improved. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

100 has a hole 102 for threading screws at the center and has 2 holes on opposite sides.
A rectangular flat plate of a good conductive metal having four claws 101 in total is bent at a right angle. Here, it goes without saying that the flat plate of a metal having good conductivity can be easily processed by making a punching die, and the bending process for forming an electrode terminal is also easy. Thus, in the printed board of this example, the electrode terminals can be easily processed, and the electrode terminals can be mounted by soldering as easily as the mounting of the individual parts mounted on the same printed board.

S1 = (πD 2 ) / 4 (1) S2 = {(π9D 2 ) / 4} −S1 = (π8D 2 ) / 4π (8) As shown in (2) The flow area will be doubled. Therefore, most of the electric current in FIG. 5 flows through the path of the flow C, and it is possible to reduce the trouble as shown in FIG. It is possible to carry out a large current flow. Therefore, according to the example of FIG. 5, the current flowing area can be wide even when the wiring is performed through the printed circuit board, so that the large current wiring can be performed on the printed circuit board and the device structure can be improved. The degree of freedom can be improved.
