[Prior Art] Conventional cans are arranged with respect to a spinning machine by placing a can on the back side of the spinning machine with a passage between them and pulling out a sliver from the back side to the front side of the spinning machine to supply it to the spinning unit of the spinning machine. There are known ones that are wound up, and ones where a can is placed directly under each spinning unit of a spinning machine and a sliver is pulled out from underneath to be supplied to the spinning unit and wound up.

With the structure in which the can is placed on the back side of the spinning machine, the worker keeps monitoring in front of the spinning machine during operation, and when it is necessary to replace the can or supply a new sliver, the machine of the spinning machine is used. Turn to the back side of the spinning unit from the end of the stand to the back side of the spinning unit. After doing work such as replacing the can and pulling out the sliver to supply it to the spinning unit, return to the front of the spinning machine again and the sliver will operate normally. It was necessary to confirm that it was being supplied, which wasted work.

Further, in the structure in which the cans are placed directly below the respective spinning units of the spinning machine, it is not possible to use tall cans because of the relationship with the position of the spinning unit, even though it does not waste the above-mentioned wasteful labor. Also, if the cans stick out to the front of the spinning unit, it will interfere with the work, the size of the cans and the space for placing the cans will be limited, and especially as the speed has increased recently, the sliver consumption will increase and As replacement becomes frequent, or as the size of the can increases, a large space for placing the can is required,
Implementation became difficult.

Therefore, cans are arranged on both fronts of a spinning machine in which a plurality of spinning units are lined up back-to-back with a working passage between them, and at the upper part of the spinning machine stand, each spinning unit extends above the working passage to just above the can. It has also been conceived to provide an arm rod and to equip the arm rod with a sliver guide roller.

The one in which the cans are arranged on both front sides of the spinning machine in which a plurality of the spinning units described above are arranged back to back with the working passages separated from each other,
Since the spinning machine, the work passage, and the can arrangement area are provided on the floor of the factory, there is a problem that the number of spinning machines installed is limited and the productivity is reduced.

However, the sliver transfer device disclosed in the invention is configured such that the spinning unit on the spinning machine is divided into a plurality of groups, each of the groups is provided with a sliver transfer device, and the sliver is pulled out for each group. Therefore, even if it is sufficient to supply the sliver to one spinning unit in the group, it must be operated as a group as a whole, and one spinning machine can be used to group the spinning units. On the other hand, it was necessary to provide a plurality of transfer devices, which led to an increase in the size of the device, and it was necessary to secure a place for installation, and it was recognized that the equipment cost was increased.

In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a spinning machine provided on a lower floor 2 in which a plurality of spinning units 7 each comprising a drawing section 3, a false twisting section 4, a delivery roller 5, a winding section 6 and the like are arranged back to back. A work passage 8 is provided on the front surface and the back surface. Spinning machine 1
An upper floor 9 is provided on the upper part of the machine base, and a long trumpet with a cylindrical portion is provided on the floor surface of the upper floor 9 for each spinning unit 7 of the spinning machine 1 so that the lower end opening faces directly above the spinning unit 7. A guide-shaped sliver guide 10 is provided. Reference numeral 11 is a yarn splicing cart that travels on the spinning machine 1.

A sensor is provided at a position adjacent to the upper end opening of the sliver guide 10.
12 cans are placed on the floor of the upper floor 9
The presence or absence of the sliver S that is pulled out from the 13 and introduced into the sliver guide 10 is detected. Reference numeral 14 denotes an alarm device that receives a signal emitted from the sensor 12 when the sensor 12 no longer detects the presence of the sliver S and informs the worker that there is no sliver S by blinking a lamp, a buzzer, or other appropriate means. Therefore, the sliver guide 10 is provided at positions near the upper end opening and the lower end opening, respectively.

As described in detail above, the spinning device of the present invention is such that the upper floor is provided above the lower floor where the spinning machine is arranged, the upper floor is used as a can placement area, and the spinning unit of the spinning machine is penetrated through the floor surface. A sliver guide with a lower end opening facing directly above is provided for each spinning unit, and a sensor for detecting the presence or absence of a sliver is installed in the sliver passage from the can to the upper end opening of the sliver guide. Since a warning device that is activated by a signal emitted from the sensor is provided near the opening and the lower end opening, the sliver pulled out from the can placed on the upper floor penetrates the floor surface of the upper floor. The sliver guide is supplied to the spinning unit through a sliver guide provided directly above the spinning unit, and the sliver guide is provided as one spinning unit. Since the sliver can be supplied for each spinning unit because it is installed in the sliver, there is little waste, and since the sliver guide has a very simple structure like a trumpet guide, it does not break down. It can be installed inexpensively and easily because it requires few installation places. Further, as a result of providing the sensor and the alarm device, when the sensor does not detect the sliver, an alarm can be immediately issued to notify the worker, so that the supply of the sliver can be restarted in a short time. It becomes possible, and it is not necessary to provide the can placement area on the same floor as the spinning machine as in the past. Not only is it possible to add more spinning machines, but the size of the cans is restricted, and the space is limited. Without fear, even if the consumption of the sliver increases and the frequency of replacement of the cans increases, or the size of the cans increases, it is possible to sufficiently cope with this, which brings about the effect of improving work efficiency and increasing productivity.
