ために、同期噛合装置4が設けられている。該同期噛合
装置4は、例えば上記歯車式変速機1のほぼ中央部に位
置する3速・4速用の同期噛合装置4を例にとれば、4
速時には出力軸3に遊嵌された4速用歯車5のトルク
を、順に、4速用歯車5のスプライン部6とスプライン
嵌合するハブスリーブ7と、内周部が出力軸3とスプラ
イン嵌合する一方、外周部が上記ハブスリーブ7とスプ
ライン嵌合するクラッチハブ8とを介して、出力軸3に
伝達するようになっている。そして、4速へのシフト切
り換え時にはシンクロナイザリング9によって、普通の
方法で入力側と出力側の回転を同期させるようになって

ある大きさ以上になると落下し、潤滑油収集通路11に
入る。そして、固定ボルトボス部16は潤滑油収集通路
11の上流側端部11a近傍、すなわち最も上下方向のレ
ベルが高い部分の上方に形成されているので、潤滑油収
集通路11の最もレベルが高い部分に落下した潤滑油
は、潤滑油収集通路11を上流側から下流側に向かって
