【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、主請求項の前提部分に
対応した自動クラッチ操作装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】自動クラッチ操作装置は以前から公知で
ある。その多くは、運転者の要望に応じてクラッチの断
続操作を制御することに照準を合わせており、自動車及
び内燃機関のさまざまな運転状態はセンサを介して問合
せることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、自動
クラッチ操作装置が設けられている場合この装置を介し
て、同時に、不正利用時の盗難防止措置を引き起こすこ
とである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この課題が本発明によれ
ば主請求項の特徴部分によって解決される。制御装置に
接続されて自動車の正常利用又は不正利用を検知する装
置が設けられていることにより、不正利用が検知される
と、クラッチ制御装置に適切に作用を加えることができ
る。かかる場合が生じると、制御装置は操作装置を介し
てクラッチを遮断状態に制御する。クラッチ遮断状態の
とき、自動車を自己の力で始動させ又は走り去ることは
不可能である。
【０００５】本発明の別の１特徴によれば、数桁の数字
コードを有する符号器を装置が含むと有利である。この
符号器を介して、自動車の正当な所有者は内燃機関の各
始動前に所定の符号を入力することができ、この符号に
より制御装置は正当な所有者を検知し、クラッチを希望
の如くに操作する。

【実施例】図面を基に本発明の原理を詳しく説明する。
制御装置３−特に電子制御装置−が操作装置４を介して
クラッチ５と接続してある。操作装置は純機械式に構成
しておくことができ、又は例えば液圧式に構成しておく
こともできる。制御装置３は、例えば内燃機関又は車両
のデータを監視するセンサ２と接続してある。これらの
データを基に、クラッチ操作装置の適切な負荷が行われ
る。更に、制御装置３が符号器１と接続してあり、符号
器を介して制御装置に入力を行うことができる。車両利
用者が正しい符号の情報を承知していると、彼は符号器
１を介して制御装置３にこの符号を入力することがで
き、制御装置はクラッチを希望の如くに制御する。しか
し符号器１を介して間違った入力が行われると、制御装
置３はクラッチ５の操作装置４を、クラッチが開状態、
従って遮断状態に留まるように制御する。この状態は、
正しい符号が符号器１を介して入力されるまで維持され
る。

【発明の効果】従って、間違った符号が入力されると、
又は符号が存在しないと、内燃機関と変速機との間の力
束がクラッチ開によって遮断されているので、自動車は
自己の力で始動することができない。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 内燃機関駆動式自動車の自動クラッチ操
    作装置であって、操作装置を備えた始動／変速クラッチ
    と、操作装置を制御する制御装置と、制御装置に接続さ
    れて特定の運転状態を監視するセンサとを含むものにお
    いて、自動車の正常利用又は不正利用を検知する装置
    (1) が設けられており、不正利用があるとクラッチ(5)
    が開（遮断）状態に移行するように検知装置が制御装置
    (3) と接続してあることを特徴とするクラッチ操作装
    置。
  2. 【請求項２】 数桁の数字コードを有する符号器(1) を
    装置が含むことを特徴とする請求項１記載のクラッチ操
    作装置。
