給電部材の他端には、前記給電用端子と係合、離脱可能
な接離端子を設け、該給電部材を揺動させる駆動装置を
該給電部材に連結して、給電部材のワーク接触部が被処
理部材に接触したとき、その接離端子が給電用端子に接

け、該給電部材を揺動させる駆動装置を該給電部材に連
結して、給電部材のワーク接触部が被処理部材に接触し
たとき、その接離端子が給電用端子に接続するようにし
