Claims (13)
- 1.熱可塑性的に加工可能な澱粉と、少なくとも1種のポリオレフィンと、少な くとも1種のエチレン−アクリレート−無水マレイン酸−コポリマーとを実質的 に無水混合することにより得られ、該混合物が、主として少なくとも供給された 成分並びにエステル化生成物の澱粉−マレイン酸エステル−無水マレイン酸−エ チレン−アクリレート−コポリマーからなる、主として澱粉及びポリオレフィン からなるポリマー混合物。
- 2.主として、少なくとも1種の軟化剤を含有する熱可塑性的加工可能な澱粉7 0重量%までと、ポリオレフィン10〜90重量%と、エチレン−アクリレート −無水マレイン酸コポリマー1〜35重量%とを混合することにより得られ、該 混合物が、主として少なくとも供給された成分並びに澱粉とコポリマーのエステ ル化生成物からなる、請求の範囲第1項記載のポリマー混合物。
- 3.グリセリン、尿素、アミノアルコール、ソルビトール及び/又は無水コハク 酸の群から選択される少なくとも1種の軟化剤を含有する、熱可塑性的に加工可 能な澱粉45〜70重量%、有利には50〜65重量%と、ポリエチレン又はポ リプロピレン10〜40重量%、有利には20〜35重量%と、エチレン−アク リレート−無水マレイン酸−コポリマー10〜35重量%、有利には15〜25 重量%と混合することにより得られた、請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載のポリ マー混合物。
- 4.請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか1項記載の、主として澱粉及びポリ オレフィンからなるポリマー混合物を製造する方法において、実質的に無水で熱 可塑性的に加工可能な澱粉を製造するために、天然澱粉及び/又はその誘導体を 、少なくとも1種の軟化剤、例えばグリセリン、尿素、アミノアルコール、ソル ビトール及び/又は無水コハク酸15〜40重量%と混合し、その後該混合物を 溶融状態で165〜210℃の温度範囲内でポリオレフィン、例えば有利にはポ リエチレン及び/又はポリプロピレン、及びエチレン−アクリレート−無水マレ イン酸−コポリマーと混合し、その際コポリマー内の無水マレイン酸基を澱粉中 の遊離ヒドロキシル基により一般反応式: 澱粉▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼↓ 澱粉▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼又は澱粉▲数式、化学式、表等がありま す▼澱粉に基づきエステル化することを特徴とする、主として澱粉及びポリオレ フィンからなるポリマー混合物の製造方法。
- 5.熱可塑性的に加工可能な澱粉70重量%までを押出機又はニーダ内でポリエ チレン及び/又はポリプロピレン10〜40重量%及びエチレン−アクリレート −無水マレイン酸−コポリマー10〜35重量%と混合し、その際混合工程で導 入される全機械的エネルギが約0.4kWh/kgでありかつ有利には良好な混 合を押出機又はニーダ内に混練ブロック及び適当な逆流部材を配置することによ り十分な混合を達成する、請求の範囲第4項記載の方法。
- 6.1%未満の含水率を有する天然澱粉及び/又はその誘導体を軟化剤と一緒に 160〜190℃の温度範囲内で押出機又はニーダ内で有利には強力な剪断下に 均質化し、その後もう1つの押出工程で又は同じ押出機内の引き続いた帯域内で ポリエチレン及び/又はポリプロピレン及びコポリマーとの混合を行う、請求の 範囲第4項又は第5項記載の方法。
- 7.天然澱粉及び/又はその誘導体を軟化剤と一緒にほぼ室温で又は僅かに高め た温度で前混合し、その後澱粉を膨潤させかつほぼ乾燥した顆粒物を形成し、該 顆粒物を引き続き後続の加工及びポリエチレン及び/又はポリプロピレン並びに コポリマーとの混合のために使用する、請求の範囲第4項又は第5項記載の方法 。
- 8.エチレン80〜95重量%、アクリル酸−メチル−エステル及び/又はアク リル酸−エチル−エステル80〜95重量%並びに無水マレイン酸0.1〜15 0重量%の加工することにより得られるエチレン−アクリレート−無水マレイン 酸−コポリマーを使用する、請求の範囲第4項から第7項までのいずれか1項記 載の方法。
- 9.主として請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか1項記載のポリマー混 合物からなる、少なくとも1つの層を有するフィルム。
- 10.請求の範囲第4項から第8項までのいずれか1項記載に基づき製造された ポリマー混合物を例えばフラットダイ押出又はブロー押出もしくは同時押出によ りフィルムに加工することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのい ずれか1項記載のポリマー混合物からなる、少なくとも1つの層を有する単層又 は多層フィルムを製造するための請求の範囲第4項から第8項までのいずれか1 項記載の方法の使用。
- 11.軟化剤を含有する、実質的に純粋な熱可塑性的に加工可能な澱粉を有する 混合物を、2層又は多層フィルムに同時押出しする、請求の範囲第10項記載の 使用。
- 12.ポリマー混合物にその押出し前に、発泡剤、例えば炭酸ナトリウム、又は 有機酸、例えばクエン酸を添加することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第 3項までのいずれか1項記載のポリマー混合物を有するフォーム状フィルムを製 造するための請求の範囲第4項から第8までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 13.主として、特許請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか1項記載のポ リマー混合物からなる成形品又は押出品。
