Abstract
Description
Claims (35)
- 1.アクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物を含むユニタリー構造を有し、お よびフィルムの1面がフィルムに耐候性を与える高濃度のフルオロポリマーを有 し、かつ反対面がフィルムに粘着性を与える高濃度のアクリル重合体を有するよ うな前記フィルムの厚さを横切る組成勾配を有することを特徴とする基体につい ての保護表面層を形成する耐候性フィルム。
- 2.前記フィルムを実質的に分子非配向液体−流し込み重合体から形成した請求 の範囲1記載のフィルム。
- 3.前記ユニタリーフィルムの厚さを約2ミル以下にした請求の範囲1記載のフ ィルム。
- 4.前記フルオロポリマーがテトラフルオロエチレン共重合体を含み、および前 記アクリル重合体がメチルメタクリレート共重合体を含む請求の範囲1記載のフ ィルム。
- 5.請求の範囲1に記載する耐候性フィルムの前記1面に剥離しうるように被着 した剥離材料のシートを含む転移フィルム。
- 6.耐候性面を有し、かつ前記基体に結合する反対面を有する請求の範囲1に記 載するフィルムを含む複合材料。
- 7.アクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物を含むユニタリー構造を有し、お よび前記フルオロポリマーが主成分であるフィルムの1面における第1組成領域 およびアクリル重合体が主成分である前記フィルムの反対面における第2組成領 域を含むフィルムの厚さを横切る組成勾配を有し、前記フルオロポリマーがフィ ルムの前記1面に耐候性を与え、および前記アクリル重合体がフィルムの前記反 対面に粘着性を与えるように作用するようにしたことを特徴とする基体について の耐候性保護表面層を形成する耐候性フィルム。
- 8.前記第1組成領域における前記フルオロポリマーは弗化ビニリデンおよびテ トラフルオロエチレンの共重合体を含む請求の範囲7記載のフィルム。
- 9.前記第2組成領域における前記フルオロポリマーは弗化ビニリデン、テトラ フルオロエチレンおよびヘキサフルオロプロピレンの三元共重合体を含む請求の 範囲7記載のフィルム。
- 10.前記第1組成領域は約75重量%のフルオロポリマーおよび約25重量% のアクリル重合体を含む請求の範囲7記載のフィルム。
- 11.前記第2組成領域は約65重量%のアクリル重合体および約35重量%の フルオロポリマーを含む請求の範囲7記載のフィルム。
- 12.前記第1組成領域は、さらに約1重量%までの紫外線安定剤を含む請求の 範囲7記載のフィルム。
- 13.前記第2組成領域は、さらに約4重量%の紫外線安定剤を含む請求の範囲 7記載のフィルム。
- 14.前記第1組成領域における前記アクリル重合体組成物はメチルメタクリレ ートおよびエチルメタクリレートの共重合体を含む請求の範囲7記載のフィルム 。
- 15.前記第2組成領域における前記アクリル重合体組成物はメチルメタクリレ ートおよびエチルメタクリレートの共重合体を含む請求の範囲7記載のフィルム 。
- 16.支持層および外支持層に結合した耐候性保護フィルムを含み、前記耐候性 保護フィルムはアクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物からなるユニタリー構 造を有し、かつフィルムの1面がフィルムに耐候性を与える高濃度の前記フルオ ロポリマーを有し、および反対面がフィルムに粘着性を与える高濃度の前記アク リル重合体を有するようなフィルム厚さを横切る組成勾配を有し、および高濃度 のフルオロポリマーを有するフィルムの前記1面を前記支持層に剥離しうるよう に結合してフィルムの前記粘着する反対面を露出させ、これによりフィルムの粘 着面を基体に付着し、次いで前記支持層を除去することを特徴とする基体につい ての耐候性保護表面層を形成する転移フィルム。
- 17.基体および該基体の少なくとも1つの面の上に配置し結合する保護フィル ムを含み、前記保護フィルムがアクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物からな るユニタリー構造を有し、および前記フィルムは、該フィルムの露出外面がフィ ルムに耐候性を与える高濃度の前記フルオロポリマーを有し、および反対面が前 記可撓性織布基体の前記露出面にフィルムを結合する高濃度の前記アクリル重合 体を有するようなフィルム厚さを横切る組成勾配を有することを特徴とする複合 シート材料。
- 18.前記基体が、前記フィルムの前記反対面を可撓性シート材料についての耐 候性保護面を形成する前記フィルムと永久に結合した可撓性シート材料を含む請 求の範囲17記載の複合材料。
- 19.前記可撓性シート材料が被覆するビニル編識布を含む請求の範囲18記載 の複合材料。
- 20.前記基体が金属表面を含む請求の範囲17記載の複合材料。
- 21.前記基体がプラスチック面を含む請求の範囲17記載の複合材料。
- 22.前記フィルムが実質的に分子非配向溶液−流延フィルムを含む請求の範囲 17記載の複合材料。
- 23.前記ユニタリーフィルムが約2ミル以下の厚さを有する請求の範囲17記 載の複合材料。
- 24.前記フルオロポリマーがテトラフルオロエチレン共重合体を含み、および 前記アクリル重合体がメチルメタクリレート共重合体を含む請求の範囲17記載 の複合材料。
- 25.補強編織布、および該補強織布の各面に存在するポリ塩化ビニルおよび前 記可撓性織布基体の少なくとも1面に存在し結合する保護フィルムの少なくとも 1層を含み、前記保護フィルムはアクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物から なるユニタリー構造を有し、および前記フィルムは、フィルムの露出外面がフィ ルムに耐候性を与える高濃度のフルオロポリマーを有し、および反対面が前記可 撓性織布基体の前記露出面にフィルムを結合する高濃度の前記アクリル重合体を 有するようなフィルム厚を横切る組成勾配を有することを特徴とする可撓性織布 基体を含む複合シート材料。
- 26.(a)剥離基体に第1アクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物を、重量 でフルオロポリマーの量がアクリル重合体の量より多くする割合で流し込みし; および(b)前記第1重合体組成物に第2アクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組 成物を重量でアクリル重合体の量がフルオロポリマーの量より多くする割合で流 し込みすることを含むことを特徴とする基体についての保護表面層を形成する耐 候性フィルムの形成方法。
- 27.前記第1および第2アクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物は揮発性溶 剤の重合体溶液を含み、および各前記流し込み段階に引き続いて溶液から溶剤を 蒸発する段階を含む請求の範囲26記載の方法。
- 28.第1溶液中のフルオロポリマーは弗化ビニリデンおよびテトラフルオロエ チレンの共重合体を含む請求の範囲26記載の方法。
- 29.第2溶液中のフルオロポリマーは弗化ビニリデン、テトラフルオロエチレ ンおよびヘキサフルオロプロピレンの三元共重合体を含む請求の範囲26記載の 方法。
- 30.第1組成は、さらにアクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物の重量に対 して、約1重量%までの紫外線安定剤を含む請求の範囲26記載の方法。
- 31.第2組成物は、さらにアクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー組成物の重量に 対して、約4重量%までの紫外線安定剤を含む請求の範囲26記載の方法。
- 32.第1溶液中のアクリル重合体組成物はメチルメタクリレートおよびエチル メタクリレートの共重合体を含む請求の範囲26記載の方法。
- 33.第2溶液中のアクリル重合体組成物はメチルメタクリレートおよびエチル メタクリレートの共重合体を含む請求の範囲26記載の方法。
- 34.支持層および該支持層に結合した耐候性保護フィルムを含む複合シート材 料を得、この場合前記耐候性保護フィルムはアクリル重合体/フルオロポリマー 組成物からなるユニタリー構造を有し、およびフィルムの1面がフィルムに耐候 性を与える高濃度の前記フルオロポリマーを有し、かつ反対面がフィルムに粘着 性を与える高濃度の前記アクリル重合体を有するようなフィルムの厚さを横切る 組成勾配を有し、およびフルオロポリマーの高濃度を有するフィルムの前記1面 を前記支持層に剥離しうるように結合してフィルムの前記粘着性反対面を露出さ せ; 前記フィルムの露出粘着面を前記基体面に対して位置調整し、熱および圧力を作 用させて前記フィルムを前記基体に結合させ;および 前記支持層を複合材料からはがして基体の表面に保護フィルムを残留させること を特徴とする基体に耐候性保護表面層を形成する方法。
- 35.熱および圧力を作用させる前記段階は、フィルムおよび基体を加熱ニップ に通すことを含む請求の範囲34記載の方法。
