Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 ボトムを適切な曲率で屈曲可能に構成し、ボ
トム起伏時に無理の生じないようにする。 【構成】 ベッド１において、ボトム２の背中と腰との
間の屈曲箇所と、脚の関節に対応した箇所に、可撓性中
空体８を配設する。前記可撓性中空体８には、熱可塑性
樹脂をブロー成形によって形成したものを適用し、ボト
ム２上面、下面を蛇腹状に形成した中空体である。 【効果】 屈曲性、伸縮性を兼ね備え、背上げ、膝上げ
による圧迫感を感ずることのないボトムとすることがで
きる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、ボトムを適切な曲率で屈曲可能に構成し、ボトム起伏時に無理の生 じないベッドにおけるボトム構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
最近のベッドは、ボトム起伏機構を備えた構成のものが多く、様々な機構のも のが採用されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、通常のベッドの構造では、背ボトムと腰ボトム、あるいは腰ボトム と脚ボトムとを単に連結構成するだけのものであり、ここの連結部を背ボトムの 回動支点、すなわち実際上の支点として起伏動作をなし、また腰ボトムと脚ボト ムとの連結箇所を屈曲箇所として起伏動作を行うものである。 従って、背ボトムがある程度の角度まで起床していくと、背ボトムと腰ボトム との連結部近傍の空間部は狭まっていくので、ボトムの屈曲状態が患者の身体に 適合したものでないと、腰部および腹部、脚の裏側がマットレスから圧迫を受け ることとなる。 本考案はこのような課題を解決するためになされたものであって、ボトムを適 切な曲率半径を形成するように屈曲可能に構成して、ボトムの屈曲箇所をなだら かなものにすると共に、屈曲箇所の空間を確保して圧迫感を抑制したベッドにお けるボトム構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本考案は、ボトムの起伏機構を備えたベッド において、ボトムに屈曲と共に伸縮性を兼ね備えた可撓性中空体を配設して屈曲 可能に構成することを特徴とする。 前述の構成において、可撓性中空体を、熱可塑性樹脂製のブロー成形によって 構成することができる。

【作用】
ボトムの起伏を行うと、可撓性中空体は、屈曲性及び伸縮性を兼ね備えている ので、ボトム全体は、なだらかな曲線を描くように屈曲する。 前記可撓性中空体は、熱可塑性樹脂製のブロー成形により形成された一部材で あるので、製造コストを抑えることができ、組み立て工程も少なくて済む。

【実施例】
次に、本考案にかかるベッドにおけるボトム構造について、一実施例を挙げ、 添付の図面を参照しながら以下説明する。 図１に本考案にかかるボトム構造を適用したベッド１を示す。このベッド１は 、ボトム２下方に配置した電動式の起動ユニット３により、背上げおよび膝上げ 機能を有するものである。この起動ユニット３には、背上げのための背上げ腕４ 、膝上げのための膝上げ腕５が設けられる。前記背上げ腕４はローラ６を介して 背中に対応したボトム２下面に当接し、膝上げ腕５は脚の関節近傍に対応したボ トム２下面に、ローラ７を介して当接している。
【０００７】 かかるベッド１において、ボトム２の背中と腰との間の屈曲箇所と、脚の関節 に対応した箇所には、可撓性中空体８が配設されている。 前記可撓性中空体８は、熱可塑性樹脂をブロー成形によって形成したもので、 ボトム２上面、下面を蛇腹状に形成した中空体である（図２、図３参照）。
【０００８】 以上のようなボトム構造のベッド１において、起動ユニット３を起動して背上 げ、膝上げを行うと、可撓性中空体８は、上面側が収縮し、下面側が伸長しなが ら屈曲するので，ボトム２全体がなだらかな曲線状態になるように屈曲していく （図２参照）。 かかる可撓性中空体８は、どの屈曲位置においても追従し、急峻な曲がり方は せず、曲率半径の大きい曲がり方をするので、屈曲角度調整は不要である。 このように、背上げ、膝上げを行って、屈曲箇所が可撓性中空体８によってな だらかな曲線状態に屈曲するので、屈曲箇所である腰部および腹部、脚の裏側が マットレスから圧迫を受けることはない。
【０００９】 ところで、前述の可撓性中空体８は、一部材であり、熱可塑性樹脂をブロー成 形によって形成した中空体であるから、製造コスト上有利である。 ボトム２を組み立てるときは、背中、腰、脚に対応する通常のボトム２間に可 撓性中空体８を繋ぎあわせるだけで完了するので、組み立て工程が少なくて済む 。 しかも、熱可塑性樹脂製の中空体であるので、屈曲性、伸縮性を兼ね備え、 軽量化が可能である。 さらに、ボトム２は全体が継ぎ目なく形成されるので、清拭作業が容易となる 。

【考案の効果】
以上の通り、本考案によれば、 屈曲性、伸縮性を兼ね備えた可撓性中空体を配設したので、背上げ、膝上げ による圧迫感を感ずることのないボトムとすることができる。 熱可塑性樹脂製のブロー成形により形成された一部材であるので、製造コス トを抑えることができ、組み立て工程も少なくて済む。 中空体であるので、軽量化が可能である。
