Claims (10)
- 1.その合成したままの形体で、実質的に下記の表Iに示す値を含むX線回折パ ターンをもつ合成結晶ゼオライト。 表I ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼
- 2.次のモル関係を含む組成をもつ請求項1のゼオライト。 X2O3:(n)YO2 nは約35より小さく、Xは3価の元素であり、そしてYは4価の元素である。
- 3.xが15〜20未満である請求項2のゼオライト。
- 4.無水物基準で且つnモルのYO2当たりの酸化物のモル数の点で、次式 (0.1〜0.6)M2O:(1〜4)R:X2O3:nYO2(Mはアルカリ またはアルカリ土類金属であり、Rはシクロペンチルアミン、シクロヘキシルア ミン、シクロヘプチルアミン、ヘプタメチレンイミン、およびホモピペラジンか らえらばれだ有機部分である) によって表される組成をもつ請求項2のゼオライト。
- 5.無水物基準で且つnモルのYO2当たりのモル数の点で、次式(0.1〜0 .6)M2O:(1〜4)R:X2O3:nYO2(Mはアルカリまたはアルカ リ土類金属であり、Rはヘキサメチレンイミンである) によって表される組成をもつ請求項3のゼオライト。
- 6.XがアルミニウムでありYがケイ素である請求項2〜5のいずれか1項のゼ オライト。
- 7.アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属(M)の資源、3価元素Xの酸化物、4価 元素Yの酸化物、有機指向剤(R)、および水を含み、酸化物のモル比の点で次 の範囲内 YO2/X2O3 12〜<35 H2O/YO2 10〜 70 OH−/YO2 0.05〜0.50M/YO2 0.05〜3.0 R/YO2 0.2 〜1.0 の組成をもつ反応混合物を結晶化させることを特徴とする請求項4のゼオライト の合成方法。
- 8.アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属(M)の資源、3価元素Xの酸化物、4価 元素Yの酸化物、有機指向剤(R)、および水を含み、酸化物のモル比の点で次 の範囲内 YO2/X2O3 15〜25 H2O/YO2 10〜70 OH−/YO2 0.05〜0.50M/YO2 0.05〜3.0 R/YO2 0.2〜1.0 の組成をもつ反応混合物を結晶化させることを特徴とする請求項5のゼオライト の合成方法。
- 9.R/Mの比が3より小さい請求項7または請求項8の方法。
- 10.供給原料を有機化合物転化条件で請求項1の合成多孔質結晶物質の活性形 体を含む触媒と接触させることを特徴とする有機化合物を含む供給原料を転化生 成物に転化させる方法。
