Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.指圧で操作可能で、操作方向において搬送能があり、且つ復帰ばねにより吸 い込み能が与えられている搬送ポンプであって、その圧力弁及び吸い込み弁が、 圧力降下によっても付加的な機械的な力によっても制御可能である搬送ポンプと 、製品の取り出し量に応じて容器容積を可撓性の壁により縮小させる備蓄容器と 、取り出し穴に設けられ、搬送操作部に連結されている閉塞要素とを有する、液 体及びペースト状物質の配量供給装置において、 閉弁した圧力弁(17)の平面部(16)と、ピストン(13)に連結されてい るパッキン(14)とが1つの面上にあり、閉弁した吸い込み弁(6)の平面部 (5)と端壁(4)とが他の面を形成し、この他の面でピストン(13)のスト ロークを制限可能であること、吸い込み弁(6,26,26′)と圧力弁(17 ,21,23)の間に接触ノーン(a,b,c)が設けられていること、閉塞要 素(40,52)がレバーキー(45,50)を用いて閉口方向へ移動可能であ り、引き続いてピストン(13)が搬送方向に移動可能であること、ポンプ室( 12)の外側にある復帰ばね(35)が、段部(36)と、ピストン(13)に 連結されているフランジ(34)との間に張設されていること、配量ヘッド(2 7,37)に連結されている滑りガイド(30)が、ストッパー(32)に接触 する周回エッジ(31)を有していることを特徴とする配量供給装置。 2.下部ピストン位置で平面部(5,16)によって形成される接触ン−ン(a )が、搬送媒体により粘着力を生じさせることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の 配量供給装置(第2図)。 3.吸い込み弁(6)が、ピストン(13)による閉弁ストロークの間に、負圧 と粘着力により吸い込み方向へ長手方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請 求項2に記載の配量供給装置(第2図)。 4.圧力弁(21)の弁座(21′)に差し込み円錐部(22)が接続し、該差 し込み円錐部(22)に、吸い込み弁(26′)に設けた対応する円錐状の穴が 対応していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配量供給装置(第11図)。 5.圧力弁(23)に固定されている摩擦棒(24)が、吸い込み弁(26)の 穴(25)に侵入し、接触ゾーン(c)を生じさせていることを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の配量供給装置(第10図)。 6.操作ストロークの際に、ピストン(13)の下降運動に応じて、摩擦棒(2 4)により付加的な閉弁力が接触ゾーン(c)において吸い込み弁(26)に作 用し、且つ付加的な閉弁力が圧力弁(23)に作用することを特徴とする、請求 項5に記載の配量供給装置(第10図)。 7.吸い込みストロークの際に、ピストン(13)の上昇運動に応じて、摩擦棒 (24)により付加的な閉弁力が接触ゾーン(c)において吸い込み弁(26) に作用し、且つ付加的な閉弁力が圧力弁(23)に作用することを特徴とする、 請求項5に記載の配量供給装置(第10図)。 8.吸い込み弁(6,26,26′)が、円錐状の弁座(7)を備えた弁板から 成り、弁座(7)に、ストッパーエッジ(9)を備えた案内細条部(18)が一 体成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配量供給装置(第5図及 び第7図)。 9.圧力弁(17,21,23)が、円錐状の弁座(7)を備えた弁板から成り 、弁座(7)に、案内細条部(18)とばね棒(19)とが一体成形されている ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配量供給装置(第4図及び第6図)。 10.レバーキー{45)が鍔(47)に接触し、且つ回転点(46)の周りに ストッパー(48)まで回動可能であり、該ストッパー(48)に閉塞要素(4 0)の最大開口位置が関係づけられていること、ストッパー(48)が配量ヘッ ド(37)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配量供給装置 (第1図及び第2図)。 11.ストッパー(48)でのレバーキー(45)に関係づけられる操作力が、 配量ヘッド(37)を同方向に前進させるために必要な力よりも小さいことを特 徴とする、請求項10に記載の配量供給装置(第1図及び第2図)。 12.シャフト(42)がOリング(44)により穴(43)にたいして密封可 能であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の配量供給装置(第1図及び第2 図)。 13.鍔(47)がスナップリングとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請 求項10に記載の配量供給装置(第1図及び第2図)。 14.回転点(46)の周りに回動ずるレバーキー(50)が、閉塞要素(52 )に連結され、該閉塞要素(52)が、閉塞カバーとして構成され、且つ取り出 し穴(28)の端面にたいして接線方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の配量供給装置(第3図)。 15.レバーキー(50)に連結される突起(53)が、非操作位置で配量ヘッ ド(27)で支持可能であり、取り出し穴(28)の端面にたいする閉塞要素( 52)の密封かが増幅可能であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の配量供 給装置(第3図)。 16.ピストン(13)が一体成形されたフランジ(34)を有し、柔軟で弾性 的なプラスチック材料から製造可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の 配量供給装置(第1図)。 17.非操作位置での滑りガイド(30)のガイドケーシング(1)内への侵入 深さが、搬送シリンダ(3)内へのピスートン(13)の侵入深さよりも大きい ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配量供給装置(第1図及び第2図)。 18.指圧で操作可能で、操作方向において搬送能があり、且つ復帰ばねにより 吸い込み能が与えられている搬送装置を有し、該搬送装置の圧力弁及びノズル弁 が搬送圧力によって変位可能であり、且つ搬送装置の吸い込み弁が圧力降下によ っても機械的な力によっても変位可能であり、且つ搬送装置の容器容積が製品の 取り出し量だけ縮小可能である、液体及びペースト状物質の配量供給装置、特に 請求項1に記載の配量供給装置において、シリンダ底部(105)への搬送ピス トン(108)の接触がシリンダ容積ゼロに対応しており、この位置で搬送ピス トン(108)と吸い込み弁(103)とが着脱可能に連結され、弁円錐部(1 27)が、内側から弁座(128)に接触するように制御ピストン(125)に 連結し、該制御ピストン(125)が、搬送圧力及び前進ばねにより交互に長手 方向に変位可能であることを特徴とする配量供給装置。 19.弁円錐部(113)が、弁座(115)に接触する際に搬送ピストン(1 08)とともに受容部(109)を形成し、該受容部(109)が、吸い込み弁 (103)の延長部(106)によって充填可能であることを特徴とする、請求 項18に記載の配量供給装置。 20.搬送ピストン(108)と吸い込み弁(103)との着脱可能な連結が、 受容部(109)と延長部(106)により形成され、受容部(109)と延長 部(106)が、有利には円錐状に先細りになって互いに対向配置されているこ とを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の配量供給装置。 21.搬送ピストン(108)と吸い込み弁(103)との着脱可能な連結部が 、吸い込み弁(103)のセグメント(111)でのストローク制限部(112 )の保持力よりも小さな、吸収可能なスラスト力を有していることを特徴とする 、請求項20に記載の配量供給装置。 22.搬送ピストン(108)と吸い込み弁(103)との着脱可能な連結部が 、搬送ピストン(108)のこの位置に関係づけられる復帰ばね(119)の予 緊張力よりも小さな、吸収可能なスラスト力を有していることを特徴とする、請 求項20に記載の配量供給装置。 23.復帰ばね(119)が、搬送ピストン(408)に連結されるフランジ( 118)及びケーシング(101)に接触することを特徴とする、請求項18に 記載の配量供給装置。 24.ブシュ(116)が搬送ピストン(108)に固定され、該ブシュ(11 6)は、圧縮ばね(114)を支持するために用いられ、穴(117)内に位置 付け可能であることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の配量供給装置。 25.配量ヘッド(120)が、搬送ピストン−(108)の軸線にたいして横 に位置する軸線を有し、この軸線が制御ピストン(125)、プランジャー(1 26)、及び弁円錐部(1217)の共通の軸線であることを特徴とする、請求 項18に記載の配量供給装置。 26.制御ピストン(125)とプランジャー(126)と弁円錐部(127) とが一体であり、可撓性材料から製造可能であることを特徴とする、請求項25 に記載の配量供給装置。 27.制御ピストン(125,126,127)が一体に製造可能であり、且つ 前進ばねを一体的に具備可能であることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の配量 供給装置。 28.非操作位置で、制御ピストン(125)とカバー(130)の間に張設さ れる前進ばね(129)の予緊張力が弁円錐部(127)を弁座(128)に接 触させることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の配量供給装置。 29.制御ピストンが、その固定位置の周りにダイアフラムのように揺動可能で 且つ圧力漏れのない可撓性の円板(132)として構成されていることを特徴と する、請求項18に記載の配量供給装置。 30.制御ピストンが、圧力漏れのない可撓性のベロー(135)として構成さ れ、該ベロー(135)の形状により弁円錐部(127)が弾性的に弁座(12 8)に接触することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の配量供給装置。 31.ノズル弁(128′)が、半シェル(137)または窪み部(137′) へ移行する前面(136)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の 配量供給装置。
