Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- 1.一時的嵌込み体であって、生体内の組織に対し前記嵌込み体を着脱自在に固 定する取付け部を含んで成るものと、前記嵌込み体に連結されたラインと、 チューブであって、これに対する引抜きによって前記生体の組織から前記チュー ブを抜出させるための滑らかな外面を一般に有するものとを含んで構成され、 前記取付け部は該ラインに対する力に応答して前記嵌込み体の解放を行わせる形 状とされており、前記チューブはそれを経由して前記ラインを通過させる寸法と されており、また前記チューブは前記嵌込み体を受けるマウス部を備えている、 生体内で使用するための医療装置。
- 2.前記チューブが流通化ドレンを含んで成る請求項1の装置。
- 3.前記チューブがその一端に近接した排液孔を有する請求項2の装置。
- 4.前記嵌込み体がセンサーを含んで構成される請求項1の装置。
- 5.前記センサーが、電気信号を発生するトランスデューサを含んで構成される 請求項4の装置。
- 6.前記ラインが電気信号を運ぶためのワイヤーを含んで構成される請求項1の 装置。
- 7.前記チューブが2種類の管腔を備え、その一方が他方よりも実質的に大きい ものである請求項1の装置。
- 8.前記ラインが前記2種類の管腔のより小さいものの中に配置される請求項7 の装置。
- 9.2種類の管腔のより小さいものが、前記マウス部から離間した場所において 終結する請求項7の装置。
- 10.前記マウス部がその中に前記嵌込み体を適合させる寸法とされている請求 項1の装置。
- 11.前記マウス部が略半円形の横断面を有するシールド部によって形成され、 前記シールド部は前記チューブの片側に配置されている請求項10の装置。
- 12.前記チューブは2種類の管腔を含んで成り、一方は他方より実質的に小さ いものであり、2種類の管腔の小さいものが前記シールド部と同じ側の前記チュ ーブ上に配置されている請求項11の装置。
- 13.前記チューブが可撓性である請求項1の装置。
- 14.前記管腔のより小さいものはその中にスリットを有し、そのスリットは前 記チューブの選択された部分のみを経由して前記チューブの基部端から延在して 、前記管腔から前記ラインを除去せしめるので、前記ラインを切断することなく 前記チューブを適当な寸法に切断することが出来る請求項8の装置。
- 15.前記嵌込み体が付加的に本体部を含んで成り、そしてこの場合前記取付け 部は前記本体部に取付けられた少なくとも1個の尖叉を含むものである請求項1 の装置。
- 16.前記尖叉の末梢端が前記本体部の表面から離間して、組織が尖叉と前記本 体部の表面との間に在るように、前記末梢端を組織内に挿入せしめる請求項15 の装置。
- 17.前記尖叉が前記本体部の前記表面に対し一般的に平行な方向において延在 し、そしてこの場合前記尖叉が、前記本体部の前記表面に抗して前記尖叉と前記 本体部の前記表面との間でその組織を強制的に偏向させるように、弾力性である 請求項16の装置。
- 18.前記尖叉は前記本体部に取付けられた基部端を有し、そしてこれが前記本 体部の前記表面から外方に延びている請求項17の装置。
- 19.前記尖叉が、前記基部端と前記末梢端との間に湾曲した中間部を有する請 求項18の装置。
- 20.前記取付け部が縫合糸結付け部であって、前記組織に対し前記嵌込み体を 取付けるための縫合糸を受ける形状とされたものを含んで成る請求項1の装置。
- 21.前記取付け部はノッチを付した領域を含んで成り、これを横切って少なく とも1本の縫合糸が配置されて前記嵌込み体を前記組織に取付ける請求項1の装 置。
- 22.嵌込み体に連結されているラインに力を加える工程と、前記組織から前記 嵌込み体を取外すために前記力を利用する工程と、生体内に配置されたチューブ のマウス部に前記嵌込み体を抜出すために前記力を利用する工程と、 前記生体から前記チューブを抜出す工程とを含んで成る生体内の組織に着脱自在 に取付けられた一時的嵌込み体を除去する方法。
- 23.抜出し工程が、その抜出しの間チューブのマウスに嵌込み体を保持するこ とを含んで成る請求項22の方法。
- 24.マウス部がチューブの片側に対し横方向に開いており、前記方法が付加的 に前記ラインを前記チューブの反対側に配置された通路に沿って案内する工程を 含んで成る請求項23の方法。
- 25.前記ラインを案内する工程が、前記ラインをして、前記マウス部から離間 した末梢端を有する管腔を通過させることを含んで成る請求項24の方法。
- 26.前記チューブを経由して体液を排液する工程を付加的に含んで成る請求項 22の方法。
- 27.生体内の組織に対し一時的、着脱可能嵌込み体を取付ける工程と、チュー ブを前記生体内に、(i)前記チューブの末梢端が前記嵌込み体に対し一般的に 近接し、(ii)前記チューブの基部端が生体の外に延び、(iii)前記嵌込 み体に取付けられたラインが前記チューブの管腔を通過し、そして(iv)前記 ラインの一部と前記チューブの一部とが前記生体の外部からアクセス可能である ように、配置される工程とを含んで構成される、更なる外科手術を伴わずに取付 けた嵌込み体を容易に除去し得るように外科的手順を行う方法。
