Claims (6)
- 1.均一運動自在継手であって、 対向して配設された1対の長手方向側壁を各室が有する、円周方向に隔置された 長手方向に延びる複数の室を備えた外側継手部材、前記外側継手部材内に配設さ れた内側継手部材にして、前記の複数の室と同数の、円周方向に隔置された半径 方向に延びる複数のトラニオンを前記内側継手部材が備え、前記の対向して配設 された長手方向側壁間のそれぞれの室内へ各トラニオンが半径方向に延び、前記 トラニオンが中へ延びる前記のそれぞれの室に設けられた前記長手方向側壁の各 々に面する少なくとも部分的な球面を前記の複数のトラニオンの各々が備えてい る内側継手部材、複数の環状内側ローラにして、各環状内側ローラが第一および 第二端部間に円筒状の内壁および外壁を備え、前記円筒状内壁が前記トラニオン の前記の部分的な球面と滑り係合し、前記外壁が第一円筒状軸受面と、前記内側 ローラの前記第一端部の外方へ延びるフランジとを備えている複数の環状内側ロ ーラ、複数の環状外側ローラにして、各環状外側ローラが内壁、外壁、第一端部 および第二端部を備え、前記外壁が前記外側部材の前記長手方向側壁と転がり係 合し、前記内壁が第二円筒状軸受面と、前記内側ローラの前記第一端部の内方へ 延びるフランジとを備え、前記外側ローラの前記第一端部の前記の内方へ延びる フランジが前記環状内側ローラの前記第二端部に隣接し且つ、前記環状内側ロー ラの前記の外方へ延びるフランジが前記環状外側ローラの前記第二端部に隣接し て前記第一および第二円筒状軸受面間にポケットを形成するように前記環状外側 ローラが位置付けされている複数の環状外側ローラ、および前記第一および第二 円筒状軸受面間のポケット内に位置決めされる複数の針状ころにして、前記の複 数の針状ころが前記第一および第二円筒状軸受面の双方と転がり接触をしている 針状ころ、を包含する均一運動自在継手。
- 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の均一運動自在継手において、前記環状外側ローラ の各々の前記外壁が円筒状をなしている均一運動自在継手。
- 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載の均一運動自在継手において、前記環状外側ローラ の各々の前記外壁が球状をなしている均一運動自在継手。
- 4.均一運動自在継手であって、 対向して配設された1対の長手方向側壁を各室に有しかつ円周方向に隔置された 長手方向に延びる複数の室を備えた外側継手部材、前記外側継手部材内に配設さ れた内側継手部材にして、前記の複数の室と同数の、円周方向に隔置された半径 方向に延びる複数のトラニオンを前記内側継手部材が備え、前記の対向して配設 された長手方向側壁間のそれぞれの室内へ各トラニオンが半径方向に延び、前記 トラニオンが中へ延びる前記のそれぞれの室に設けられた前記長手方向側壁の各 々に面する少なくとも部分的な球面を前記の複数のトラニオンの各々が備えてい る内側継手部材、複数の環状内側ローラにして、各環状内側ローラが第一および 第二端部間に円筒状の内壁および外壁を備え、前記円筒状内壁が前記トラニオン の前記の部分的な球面と滑り係合し、前記外壁が第一円筒状軸受面、前記内側ロ ーラの前記第一端部の外方へ延びる第一フランジおよび前記内側ローラの前記第 二端部の外方へ延びる第二フランジを備えている複数の環状内側ローラ、前記第 一円筒状軸受面と転がり接触をしている複数の針状ころ、および複数の環状外側 ローラにして、各外側ローラが内壁および外壁を備え、前記外壁が前記外側部材 の前記長手方向側壁と転がり係合し、前記内壁が第二円筒状軸受面を備え、前記 第二円筒状軸受面が前記針状ころと転がり接触をしている複数の環状外側ローラ を含む均一運動自在継手。
- 5.請求の範囲第6項に記載の均一運動自在継手において、前記環状外側ローラ の各々の前記外壁面が円筒状をなしている均一運動自在継手。
- 6.請求の範囲第6項に記載の均一運動自在継手において、前記環状ローラの各 々の前記外壁面が球状をなしている均一運動自在継手。
