透孔の内周に挿通された前記スキ−挟持部材の外周に密
着するリップ部を備えた環状シ−ル部材が取付けられ、
前記スキ−挟持部材に設けた一方の係止部と共同でカバ
−部材と磁気ベ−ス部の係脱可能な係合機構を構成する
とともに、係合時にカバ−部材の天井と磁気ベ−ス部の
