In the conventional printing on wet paper, since the printing plate surface is made of metal, the allowable range of printing pressure is narrow, fading and marginal zones are likely to occur, and uniform printing is difficult. Met. Further, since the printing plate surface is limited in processing accuracy and processing shape, it is possible to print only solid marks having a very small area. Further, there is a problem that the drying speed of the printing ink is slow, and when the printing surface comes into contact with the rollers arranged after printing, the undried ink stains the rollers. The present invention solves the above problems and is obtained by performing printing with good reproducibility on the entire wet paper web or at an arbitrary position, and printing functional ink or the like on the wet paper.
An object of the present invention is to provide a wet paper printed matter having an extremely high anti-counterfeiting effect, a method for producing the same, and a printing apparatus for the same.

In order to achieve the above object, the vehicle of the printing ink is an aqueous vehicle in the present invention. Further, the printing plate surface uses a resin relief plate which is an elastic body, and the inker has a printing mechanism including an anilox roller having numerous fine cells and a rubber roller for transferring the ink of the ink pan to the anilox roller.

[Function] By using the plate surface of the elastic body such as the photosensitive resin, the problem that the printing pattern is restricted is solved, so that complicated printing such as halftone dots and fine lines becomes possible and the allowable range of printing pressure. Is greatly expanded, eliminating the problems of fading and marginal zones. Also, regarding the vehicle of the printing ink, by making it aqueous, the penetration of the vehicle between the paper layers can be speeded up, and after printing, the problems such as the retransfer of the ink to the rollers and the generation of stains can be eliminated.

(Embodiment 1) As shown in FIG. 1, the printing mechanism used in the present invention is as follows: 1 in FIG. 1, 1 is an impression cylinder, 2 is a printing plate surface, 3 is a printing plate cylinder, 4 is an anilox roller, and 5 is Printing using a doctor blade, 6 a fountain roller, 7 an ink pan, 8 a printing ink, and an elastic photosensitive resin plate [eg Asahi Kasei Corp., trade name AFP] as the printing plate surface 2. The machine is installed in the press machine section on the paper machine. Wet paper printing is not limited to the apparatus because printing can be performed by a printing mechanism including an elastic printing plate surface 2 and an anilox roller 4. As the printing ink 8, an acrylic aqueous resin emulsion [for example, manufactured by Nippon Acrylic Chemical Co., Ltd., trade name I-94]
Is treated with aqueous ammonia and an aqueous solution of morpholine, and a vehicle having a viscosity adjusted to 1 to 2 poise is mixed with a colored pigment or a fluorescent pigment. As the printed matter, a wet paper printed matter having a gradation of halftone dot lines of 5 to 120 lines / inch, a line drawing having a maximum line number of 165 lines / inch, a solid image, and a wet paper printed matter of a complicated pattern combining them are prepared. These printed materials were extremely good without any blurring or marginal zone.

(Example 2) An aqueous resin emulsion [for example, manufactured by Hoshiko Kagaku Co., Ltd., trade name X-436] was used as a vehicle, and a mica titanium-based pigment coated with a titanium compound was added, and the same procedure as in Example 1 was performed. To produce a wet paper print. This printed matter sufficiently exhibits a polychromatic function in which the color changes due to the pearl luster and interference peculiar to the titanium compound-based pigment coated with a titanium compound. Since it is difficult to reproduce a printed matter having such a gloss by a copying machine, it has a very effective anti-counterfeiting effect when used for banknotes and securities.

(Example 3) A wet paper print is prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that a fluororesin or various coating agents are used instead of the printing inks described in Examples 1 and 2. According to this embodiment, it is possible to produce a wet paper printed matter in which paper quality characteristics such as paper smoothness and oil absorption are partially changed according to a printing method such as intaglio printing or offset printing.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the present invention makes it possible to apply various inks or resins to wet paper containing a large amount of water on a paper machine, and has the following effects. . By performing single-color or multi-color printing on a paper machine, it is possible to manufacture printed matter with rich gradations without having to go through the printing process as in the past. In particular, a printed matter printed with a mica titanium pigment coated with a titanium compound or a microcapsule having various functions has a unique gloss and function, and has no gloss or functionality when copied by a copying machine. Since it has the characteristic that it can be reproduced only in a single color, it is extremely effective to use it as a copy protection measure. Mica titanium pigments and microcapsules coated with titanium compounds are generally printed by screen printing because of their particle shape. The offset printing method that prints banknotes and securities makes full use of its characteristics. It is difficult to obtain a printed matter, but according to the present invention, it is possible to produce a paper printed with an ink composed of a mica titanium-based pigment or a microcapsule coated with a titanium compound at a fixed position of the wet paper in the papermaking process. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a sheet that is effective in preventing copying or forgery.
