Moreover, it was difficult to re-seated, and it was difficult to reproduce a desired sitting state. Further, since plaster hardens at normal ambient temperature, it is refrigerated until it is taken out of the mold, but it may harden before it is taken out from a refrigerator or the like and seated, which is a problem in terms of accuracy.

According to this means, it is possible to repeatedly measure, but there is a problem that the seat shape between the sensors cannot be accurately measured. Again, the seating shape of the seat is molded using the seating shape memory material, and this mold is used. The actual condition is measured by a surface profiler.

This mold taker 4 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 of the drawings. A heating wire 6 as a heating member is provided inside a main body 5 made of a thermosoftening resin. Is connected to the power source 8 via the switch (the switch 7 and the power source 8 constitute the switching means described in the claims of the utility model). Further, the main body 5 is covered with a vinyl resin 9 to prevent its shape from being lost when it is softened by heat. Further, a slit 10 is formed in a portion, which will be described later, where the curvature is increased when the human body is seated, so as to prevent damage and collapse of the mold taker 4 when seated.

The main body 5 in a softened state is placed on the seat cushion 2 of the seat 1, which is a test body. Next, the model (human body as an occupant) 11 sits down. In this case, switch 7 is turned on.
The state is maintained, and the switch 7 is turned off when the model 11 reaches a desired seated state. Then, after the main body 5 is hardened, the model 11 is separated from the mold taker 4, whereby the work of taking the seated shape of the seat is completed.

Not only can it be accurately grasped, but also the mold taker 4 can be used over and over again, which is advantageous in terms of cost. Further, since the model 11 can be seated again when it is seated, highly accurate measurement is possible.
