断はリード線の切断について問題はないが、製造された
モータブラシのリード線に製造後合成樹脂筒などの可撓
性の絶縁被覆筒を嵌めなければならない。しかるに機械
的剪断であると撚線の切断端に結束性がないから、その
切断端の撚線がほぐれてバラバラになるので前記のよう
に製造されたモータブラシのリード線をプレス等により
角形に潰して結束してから前記の絶縁被覆筒を嵌めなけ
ればならないため作業能率が極めて悪く、嵌め込みの自
