2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a transfer device of this type, for example, the Japanese Utility Model Publication
As can be seen in Japanese Patent No. 2865, a carriage that is supported and guided by a rail is provided so that it can travel freely in the coating chamber, and a floor conveyor (chain) having a protrusion that can be engaged on the carriage side is provided along the rail. A configuration is provided for pouring water into a channel that guides this floor conveyor. According to this, it will be possible to wash away the paint that has left the chain.

Action According to the configuration of the present invention, dust, dripping paint, etc. generated during the processing operation for the transported object during transportation will fall on the liquid surface in the liquid tank and will not adhere to the movable table or the traveling drive device. . Further, the dust generated on the wheel side remains in the liquid and does not move to the transported object side. And since it is a linear drive, the only moving parts that require maintenance are the wheels, and by arranging the linear motor in the water, the heat generated by the mover (secondary conductor made of an iron plate) can be suppressed and the water is painted. Even if it is contaminated with liquid, it is not affected by linear drive.

The processing section (processing chamber) 1 is formed by a surrounding wall body 2, and the surrounding wall body 2 is formed with an inlet portion 3 and an outlet portion 4. On the floor side in the processing unit 1, a liquid tank 5 is provided from an inlet portion 3 to an outlet portion 4, and a liquid injection pipe 6 and a drainage pipe 7 are connected to the liquid tank 5 so as to be substantially constant. The liquid (water, etc.) 8 is stored. Inside the liquid tank 5, there is provided a movable table 10 which can travel on a fixed path 9 along the length direction of the liquid tank 5. That is, a pair of left and right rails 11 are provided along the fixed path 9, and these rails 11 are laid on the bottom surface 14 of the tank via the base frames 12 at appropriate intervals. A plurality of leg members 16 are vertically provided from both sides of the main body 15 of the movable table 10. At the lower ends of the leg members 16, there are wheels 17 supported and guided by the rails 11 and a lateral shake prevention roller 18. Is installed. The main body
A support portion 20 of a vehicle body 19, which is an example of an object to be transported, is arranged on the support 15. The support portion 20 includes a plurality of vertical rods 21 erected from the main body 15 of the movable table 10, horizontal rods 22 attached to the upper ends of these vertical rods 21, and a receiving plate 23 provided on these horizontal rods 22. The support plate 23 supports the seal portion 19a of the vehicle body 19. The traveling drive device 24 of the movable table 10 is of a linear motor type, and is vertically installed from the central portion of the main body 15 of the movable table 10 and has a plate-shaped moving element 25 which has a thickness in the left-right direction and is long in the front-back direction. And the mover disposed on the rail 11 side.
25 and stators 26 located on both sides of the
25 also serves as a hanging plate. A plurality of sets (three sets in the embodiment) of the stators 26 are arranged in the direction of the constant path 9 with one pair of left and right as one set, and each set has a channel shape attached via the bracket 27 across the left and right rails 11. Mounting frame 28
Are disposed on the inner surfaces facing each other. The liquid tank 5 has its liquid surface 29 for submerging the movable table 10 and the traveling drive device 24.
Is the middle part of the vertical rod 21. An automatic coating machine 30, which is an example of a processing device, is installed on the floor surface 13 in the processing unit 1. The painting may be done manually. An MC scale 32 is provided on the main body 15 via a bracket 31, and a detection head 33, which can be opposed to the MC scale 32, is provided at a portion where each stator 26 is disposed via a bracket 34. The rail 11 is made of aluminum in a C-shape, and a wheel 17 is positioned inside the rail 11 to support and guide the rail 11, and the lateral shake preventing rollers 18 are positioned on both sides of the hanging portion from the upper end to the lower side. In order to prevent the upper part of the rail 11 whose lower end is fixed to the base frame 12 side from expanding, a rail gap restricting yoke 36 is provided between the upper parts of both rails 11. The carry-in device 36 passing through the inlet portion 3 and the carry-out device 37 passing through the outlet portion 4 are composed of, for example, an overhead conveyor.

The vehicle body 19 conveyed by the carry-in device 36 has the entrance portion 3
It is installed on the receiving plate 23 of the movable table 10 which is opposed to and is stopped via the seal portion 19a. In this way, the movable table 10 in which the vehicle body 19 is supported by the supporting portion 20 is composed of the linear motors 25, 26.
Is operated to travel on the fixed route 9 while being guided by the rail 11. Then, the movable table 10 moves in the liquid tank 5, but at that time, the lower part of the vertical rod 21 below the intermediate part is submerged together with the traveling drive device 24. After running in this state and stopping opposite to the automatic coating machine 30, painting work is performed on the vehicle body 19 from this automatic coating machine 30, and the paint dropped at that time is received on the liquid surface 29. On the other hand, it does not fall directly on the movable table 10 or the traveling drive device 24. Further, the dust generated by the rolling of the wheels 17 and the like remains in the liquid 8. And since it is a linear drive, the moving parts are only wheels 17, and there are few parts that require maintenance.
By disposing 5, 26, heat generation of the mover 25 can be suppressed, and even if the water 8 is contaminated with the coating liquid, the linear drive is not affected. The movable base 10 travels again and stops facing the exit portion 4, and the vehicle body 19 is carried out by the carry-out device 36. After that, the movable base 10 travels back to the entrance portion 3 side.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment. That is, the detection device of the movable table 10 is submerged in liquid, and as shown by the solid line, the magnetic sensor.
A non-contact magnetic sensor system composed of 45 and a magnet 46, or a mechanical contact system composed of a limit switch 47 and a cam 48 as shown by a virtual line are adopted. Further, in the case where there is a horizontal curved portion in the fixed path 9, it is preferable that the lower end of the hanging plate 49 from the main body 15 is provided with a plate-shaped moving element 25 protruding to both sides (or one side). A vertical curve is particularly suitable for the mover 25 that also serves as a hanging plate as shown in FIG.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention having the above-described structure, during transportation, dust, dripping paint, and the like generated during the processing operation on the object to be transported will drop onto the liquid surface of the liquid tank, and thus the movable table and the traveling drive device. It can be prevented from adhering to and solidifying. Further, it is possible to prevent the dust generated on the wheel side from remaining in the liquid and moving to the transported object side. Due to these, it is possible to omit the work of removing paint and the like for the movable table and the traveling drive device having a complicated shape, and the cleaning of the newly generated liquid tank is performed by constantly flowing the liquid, or It can be easily performed by washing with liquid regularly. Furthermore, the use of a liquid tank can be expected to have an explosion-proof effect. Particularly according to the invention,
Since it is a linear drive, the only movable part is the wheel, which facilitates maintenance. Also, by disposing a linear motor in the liquid and providing a plate-shaped moving element on the movable table side, it is possible to suppress the heat generation of the moving element, and even if the liquid is contaminated with the dripping paint, it will affect the linear drive. It can be made non-receptive, can be made compact as a whole, and can reduce the water resistance in the liquid, and can also be used to reduce the amount of liquid used. Further, since the pair of linear motors is a pair, there is an effect of canceling out the suction force.
