(57)【要約】 【目的】 本願考案は、ヘリカル型バックラッシュエリ
ミネータギアのメインギアとサブギアを接触した状態で
固定することによりメインギアとサブギアの歯の位相を
一致させ、他のギアとの組付を歯にキズをつけることな
く容易に行うことを目的とする。 【構成】 本願考案は、バックラッシュエリミネータギ
アが組付けられる軸に固定可能な取付部を有する胴体
部、同胴体部から軸方向に伸び前記胴体部が前記軸に取
付けられた際に前記バネに抗して前記メインギアと前記
サブギアを接触した状態で固定する脚部からなるバック
ラッシュエリミネータギア組付治具である。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、メインギアとサブギアを軸方向に離してバネを介して接続したヘリ カル型のバックラッシュエリミネータギアを他のギアと組付ける際に使用する組 付治具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
ヘリカル型のバックラッシュエリミネータギアにおいては、第２図に示すよう に、メインギアとサブギアを軸方向に離してバネを介して接続することにより、 メインギアとサブギアの歯の位相をずらし、ギアのバックラッシュを防止してい る。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、このようなヘリカル型のバックラッシュエリミネータギアに他のギ アを組付る場合、メインギアとサブギアの歯の位相がずれているため、歯が他の ギアの歯とぶつかりキズがついてしまうという問題があった。そのため、メイン ギアとサブギアを手で接触した状態で固定して、メインギアとサブギアの歯の位 相を合わせた状態で他のギアに組付けなければならず、作業が煩雑で多大な労力 を有するという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本考案では、バックラッシュエリミネータギアが組付けられる軸に固 定可能な取付部を有する胴体部、同胴体部から軸方向に伸び前記胴体部が前記軸 に取付けられた際に前記バネに抗して前記メインギアと前記サブギアを接触した 状態で固定する脚部からなるバックラッシュエリミネータギア組付治具を使用す る。

【作用】 この構成によれば、治具をバックラッシュエリミネータギアに取付けることに よりメインギアとサブギアが接触した状態で固定され、歯の位相が一致する。そ のため他のギアと歯がぶつかることなく簡単に固定することができる。

【実施例】
実施例として治具の形状を第１図に示す。治具は胴体部１と胴体部から延びる 脚部２からなる。胴体部１の中央には第２図に示すバックラッシュエリミネータ ギアが固定される軸部４の先端に設けられた雄ねじ５と嵌合する雌ねじ３が設け られている。第３図に示すように、雌ねじ３を雄ねじ５に取付けると、軸方向に 延びる脚部２がバックラシュエリミネータギア６のサブギア７を皿バネ８に抗し てメインギア９の方向に押し付けて接触、固定する。この状態では、バックラッ シュエリミネータギア６のメインギア９とサブギア７の歯の位相は一致している ため、他のギアと容易に組付けることができる。 尚、上記実施例では固定部として軸側を雄ねじ、治具側を雌ねじとしたが、逆 でもかまわないし、摩擦等の他の固定手段を使用することもできる。

【考案の効果】
以上のように、本考案に係る治具を使用すればヘリカル型のバックラッシュエ リミネータギアのメインギアとサブギアの位相を容易に合わせることができ、他 のギアとの組付を歯にキズをつけることなく容易に行うことができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 メインギアとサブギアを軸方向に離して
    バネを介して接続したヘリカル型のバックラッシュエリ
    ミネータギアの組付に使用する治具であって、前記バッ
    クラッシュエリミネータギアが組付けられる軸に固定可
    能な取付部を有する胴体部、同胴体部から軸方向に伸び
    前記胴体部が前記軸に取付けられた際に前記バネに抗し
    て前記メインギアと前記サブギアを接触した状態で固定
    する脚部からなることを特徴とするバックラッシュエリ
    ミネータギア組付治具。
