Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 装軌運搬車に整地および障害物排除機能を持
たせる。 【構成】 装軌運搬車１の車体前部に左右一対のブラケ
ット７を固定し、これにプッシュアーム９の一端を枢着
する。プッシュアーム９は外側にＬ字型に折曲してお
り、折曲部を排土板１５に枢着する。プッシュアーム９
の上面に長さ調節自在なロッド１７を枢着し、ロッドの
先は排土板１５に枢着する。各ブラケット７に油圧シリ
ンダ１９を枢支し、油圧シリンダから延びるピストンロ
ッドの先は排土板１５に枢着する。油圧シリンダ１９に
は車両側の油圧ユニットから油圧を供給する。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は、土木工事で用いられる装軌運搬車に関する。

【従来の技術】
装軌運搬車は、無限軌道で走行するダンプ式の荷台を備えた車両であり、不整 地や軟弱地盤において土砂の運搬等に使われている。 しかし、装軌運搬車といえども、大きな石ころ、木の根等が行く手に立ち塞が っていたり、わだちが深いような場合、ブルドーザの助けを借りないと動きが取 れないことがある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
この考案は、このような場合でも動きが取れるよう、装軌運搬車に整地及び障 害物排除機能を持たせることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この考案の装軌運搬車は、車体前部に排土板を上下に揺動自在に取り付け、該 車体に油圧シリンダ本体を枢支し、該シリンダのピストンロッドの先を該排土板 に枢着したものである。

【作用】
普段は、油圧シリンダを縮めて排土板を跳ね上げておく。油圧シリンダを伸長 すると、排土板が下りてきて接地する。

【実施例】
符号１は装軌運搬車であり、無限軌道３、ダンプ式荷台５を備えている。 この装軌運搬車１の車体前部に左右一対のブラケット７を固定する。各ブラケ ット７にプッシュアーム９の一端をピン１１で枢着する。プッシュアーム９は図 ３に示すように排土板１５に沿って外側にＬ字型に折曲しており、折曲部をピン １３で排土板１５に枢着する。
【０００７】 プッシュアーム９の上面に長さ調節自在なロッド１７を枢着し、ロッドの先は 排土板１５に枢着する。 各ブラケット７に油圧シリンダ１９をピン２１で枢支し、油圧シリンダから延 びるピストンロッド１９ａの先は排土板１５にピン２３で枢着する。油圧シリン ダ１９には車両側の油圧ユニットから油圧を供給する。
【０００８】 排土板１５は、普段、図１に示すように跳ね上げておく。使用するときは、油 圧を供給して油圧シリンダ１９を伸長する。すると、排土板１５はピン１１を中 心に下向きに揺動し、跳ね上がった状態（図２に鎖線で示す）から接地した状態 （図２に実線で示す）に推移する。この状態で整地や押土等の作業を行う。 なお、ロッド１７の長さを変えれば、排土板１５の傾斜角を調節することがで きる。
【０００９】 作業が終わったら、油圧シリンダ１９を収縮させる。すると、排土板１５はピ ン１１を中心に上向きに回動し、跳ね上げ状態に戻る。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように、この考案は、装軌運搬車に油圧シリンダで上下する排土 板を取り付けたものであり、走行の障害になる大石や切り株等を排除したり、わ だちをならしたりして、活動範囲を拡大することができる。

    自在に取り付け、該車体に油圧シリンダ（１９）本体を
    枢支し、該シリンダのピストンロッド（１９ａ）の先を
    該排土板に枢着してなる排土板付き装軌運搬車。
