DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a synthetic resin lens, and more particularly to a synthetic resin lens in which a lens frame is integrated.

The synthetic resin lens is made of a soft material, and the lens surface is easily scratched. Further, if the lens surface is scratched, the performance is deteriorated, which is not preferable. Especially during transportation, storage, and assembly work, the lenses are often damaged by contact with each other. In order to prevent this, a lens frame protruding outward from the edge of the lens is integrally provided like the plastic lens described in JP-A-56-153301, and the thickness of this lens frame is set to the thickness of the lens. By making it larger than the thickness, it prevents the lens surfaces from touching each other or other parts during movement of the lens or assembly work, and prevents the lens surface from being scratched. It has been known.

In addition, as another conventional lens made of synthetic resin
Like the one described in Japanese Patent Publication No. JP-A No. 2003-242242, a frame protruding outward from the edge of the lens is integrally provided, and the shape of the frame has a concentric fitting surface with respect to the optical axis and a flange surface perpendicular to this. It is known that these surfaces are used for positioning when mounting a lens.

However, when a frame protruding from the edge of the lens is integrally provided as in the above-mentioned conventional example, the lens may flow due to the flow of the molten resin in the mold when molding the lens or uneven contraction during cooling. There is a drawback that the performance of the lens is remarkably deteriorated by causing deformation or distortion particularly in the peripheral portion of the (effective lens portion) near the frame. In particular, the lens of JP-A-56-153301 has a thicker frame than the lens, and the lens of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-45730 also has a thicker frame. If the frame has a large thickness, the lens is more likely to be deformed.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is a lens integrally formed with a frame projecting outward from the edge of the lens, which is made of synthetic resin to eliminate adverse effects on the lens at the time of molding due to the integrally formed frame. A lens is provided.

Further, the lens of the present invention is constructed so as not to have the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional example and not to be scratched on the surface of the lens during transportation or assembling work.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, the synthetic resin lens of the present invention is integrally formed with a frame projecting outward from the edge of the lens, and at least a part of the frame projecting from the lens is thinned, and the thinned part is formed on both sides. It is fixed by sandwiching it with a thicker ring, which eliminates the adverse effect of the frame on the lens when molding the lens and the ring protects the lens surface during reinforcement, transfer, storage and assembly of the thin part. It is something that is done.

〔実施例〕〔Example〕

以下図面にもとづいて本考案の実施例を説明する。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a lens 1 is composed of a lens portion 2 and a frame 3 projecting outward from an edge portion thereof. 3a is thin. Reference numerals 4 and 5 denote reinforcing rings, which are thin portions 3 of the frame 3 of the lens 1.
It is attached so that it sandwiches a, and the end faces 4a, 5 of both rings 4,5
The thickness is relatively thick so that a is located outside the apex of the lens portion 2.

In the lens of the present invention, since the lens portion 2 side of the frame 3 is thinned, even if it is integrally formed of synthetic resin, the lens body 2 is not affected by shrinkage during molding or the like, and the lens body 2 is not affected. There is no risk of deformation or distortion of 2. Also, since the thin portion 3a of the frame 3 is sandwiched and reinforced by the rings 4 and 5, there is no problem in strength even if it is thin.
Since the end surfaces 4a, 5a of the lens are located outside the top of the lens portion 2, they also have a role of preventing scratches on the effective lens surface during transfer, storage and assembly work. Further, if the positional accuracy of the outer peripheral surface 3b and the end surface 3c or 3d of the frame 3 with respect to the optical axis or the like is improved, it is possible to perform positioning when attaching to the lens barrel or other holding member. The rings 4 and 5 are attached to the thin portion 3a of the lens 1 by adhesively fixing them with an adhesive.

FIG. 2 is a view showing another means for attaching the ring 4 or 5 to the lens 1. In this case, a notch 3 is provided in a part of the frame 3 of the lens 1 as shown in FIG. A space 4b is provided at one end of the ring to make the ring springy, and the space 4b is narrowed by the claw 4c, and then the thin portion 3a of the frame 3 of the lens 1 is formed.
It is a method of fixing by using the ring opening force. This makes it easy to install. Also in this case, an adhesive can be used.

The synthetic resin lens of the present invention is one in which the lens part and the frame are integrated, but since the vicinity of the connection part between the lens part and the frame is extremely thin, the lens part is deformed despite the frame being integrated. There is no adverse effect such as distortion and distortion. Also, by attaching a ring, the thin wall portion of the frame is reinforced and at the same time the lens surface is protected.
