DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to an insole, particularly an insole that can be used for a long period of time.

〔従来の技術〕[Conventional technology]

Heretofore, as this type of insole, there has been known one in which polypropylene foam spread yarn is used for the surface layer of the insole as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-42603.

However, the insole has a problem that its surface layer is worn when used in a shoe, resulting in poor durability.

The present invention has been devised in order to solve the problems of the conventional products described above, in which both planes of the insole are constructed by woven polypropylene foam spread yarns, and both planes are constructed by different weave patterns. The problem was solved by clarifying the distinction between the front and back and using them alternately.

この織り型の種類としては、平織、綾織、繻子織、搦み

The types of weave patterns include plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, full weave, and double weft weft. In addition, if the polypropylene expanded fiber has an excessively large fineness, it will be slippery as the insole of the shoe and have poor adhesion to the foot, so that it will be uncomfortable to move in the shoe during walking, etc. Also, it is easy to get tired because it lacks volume. On the other hand, if the fineness is too small, the surface of the insole becomes smooth and slippery. Therefore, it is preferable to use the polypropylene expanded fiber having a fineness of 600 to 3000 denier, more preferably 800 to 2000 denier.

The fusion of the front woven fabric and the back woven fabric is not particularly limited as long as it is a method generally applicable to polypropylene. Not only the outer peripheral portion of the insole but also the central portion can be optionally fused. Furthermore,
It is possible to add a conventionally known deodorant or other purifying substance or a substance having a health promoting effect to the product.

また、本考案では中間織布、例えば300デニール程度の

In the present invention, an intermediate woven cloth, for example, a vinyl chloride resin honeycomb composed of monofilaments of about 300 denier may be present, but this is not necessary.
Sufficient thickness and cushioning properties are provided only by the front woven fabric and the back woven fabric.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially enlarged structural view of a polypropylene foam spread yarn used in the present invention lightly spread by hand, FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway plan view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. The figure is a top view of the same. In the figure, A is a front woven fabric, B is a back woven fabric, C is a fused portion formed by high-frequency or ultrasonic welder, and 1
Is a warp yarn of polypropylene expanded spread yarn, and 2 is a weft yarn of polypropylene expanded spread yarn. The front woven fabric A is a plain weave, and the back woven fabric B is a twill weave.

As is clear from the above, the insole of the present invention is a front woven fabric and a back woven fabric using polypropylene woven open yarn woven fabric as warp and weft fabrics. Since the woven fabric is woven with different weaves, it is lightweight and has excellent heat retention, and because it adheres well to feet and shoes, it does not slip easily, and because it has a soft feeling, there is no fatigue associated with use. Further, it has an effect that it is economical in terms of manufacturing because it is very simple, and that it can be replaced with a new surface during use to form a new surface.
