Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain high responsiveness and high stability by outputting an input signal as it is when the time change of the input signal is larger than a prescribed value, and outputting it after performing a filtering operation on the input signal when the former is smaller than the latter. CONSTITUTION:A signal processor 1 is equipped with a filter 2 and a switch unit 3 connected in series between an input terminal 21 and an output terminal 22, a sampler 4 connected to the input side of the filter 2, memory 5 connected to the output side of the switch unit 3, and a controller 6 which compares either a current value a voltage value held by the sampler 4 and the memory 5 and operates the switch unit 3. When the time change of the input signal X is larger than the prescribed value S, the input signal X is outputted as it is, therefore, no delay in response occurs. Also, when the former is smaller than the latter, the input signal X is outputted via the filter 2, therefore, stable output can be obtained.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when an analog signal is input by a digital device, it is general to process the signal variation in an analog manner and then sample it using an A / D converter. A filter is used for analog processing. This filter uses a low-pass type because it inputs at a DC level. The low-pass filter causes a time delay in the indicial response according to its cutoff frequency.

By the way, the three-phase full-wave rectified voltage waveform essentially contains a ripple component.
When this is input to a digital control device that cyclically inputs a signal, for example, an automatic voltage regulator, a stable output cannot be obtained.

In the signal processing apparatus of the present invention, when the time change of the input signal is larger than the predetermined value, the input signal is output as it is, so there is no response delay. Further, when the time change of the input signal is smaller than the predetermined value, the input signal is output through the filter, so that a stable output can be obtained.

The input signal X is input with ripples included. It is determined whether the absolute value of the deviation between this and the previous output value Y (N-1) is larger than the set value S (step 3).
1). The set value S is a value in which the margin is taken into consideration in the ripple content rate.

An example of signal processing by the signal processing apparatus of this embodiment is shown in FIG. (a) is the input signal waveform and (B) is the output signal waveform. Since the change of the input value is large in the A part and the C part and the equation (1) is satisfied, the input and the output are equal and the responsiveness is improved. . In the section B, the input signal includes a ripple, but since this ripple is smaller than the set value S, the first-order lag filter operation is performed and the output waveform is smooth.
