本考案は携帯用丸のこの刃口板に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図１、図７〜図１０を用いて従来技術による携帯用丸のこの刃口板を説明する 。図１に示すように、従来技術では、モータにより駆動されるのこ刃１、該のこ 刃１を覆うソーカバー２、前記モータを内蔵したハウジング３、切断時前記のこ 刃１をガイドするベース４により構成される携帯用丸のこにおいて、図７〜図９ に示すように前記ベース４にのこ刃１が突出する刃口１１が穿設されており、該 刃口１１の近傍には図９の矢印の方向に摺動可能に刃口板５が埋設されている。 図１０に示すように刃口板５は、サラネジ６とナット７により前記ベース４に挾 持されている。そしてベース４には、サラネジ６を案内する案内溝８が穿設され ている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の携帯用丸のこの刃口板５は、図１１に示すように携帯用丸のこ使用の際 発生する切粉１０等が、ベース４上に穿設した刃口板挾持用サラネジ６の案内溝 ８内に溜り、刃口板５の調整がしずらくなるという問題があった。 本考案の目的は、上記問題点をなくし、携帯用丸のこにおける刃口板の操作性 を改善することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的は、刃口板にベース上に穿設した刃口板挾持用サラネジの案内溝の任 意の位置に切粉逃げ穴を穿設することにより達成される。

【作用】
上記のように構成された携帯用丸のこでは、刃口板上に配設した切粉逃げ穴よ り、ベースの刃口板挾持用サラネジの案内溝に溜っていた切粉が切粉逃げ穴から 排出されるので刃口板の操作が確実にできるようになる。

【実施例】
本考案の一実施例を図１〜図５に示す。 図１に示すようにモータにより駆動されるのこ刃１、該のこ刃１を覆うソーカ バー２、前記モータを内蔵したハウジング３、切断時前記のこ刃１を案内するベ ース４により構成される携帯用丸のこにおいて、図２〜図４に示すように、前記 ベース４には前記のこ刃１が突出する刃口１１が穿設されており、該刃口１１の 近傍には、図４の矢印の方向に摺動可能に刃口板５が埋設されている。
【０００７】 図５に示すように刃口板５はサラネジ６とナット７により前記ベース４に挾持 されている。そして前記ベース４にはサラネジ６をガイドする案内溝８が穿設さ れている。更に刃口板５上に前記ベース４上に穿設した刃口板５挾持用サラネジ ６の案内溝８内に対向かうする任意の位置に切粉１０の逃げ穴９を穿設した。 上記のように構成された丸のこでは、刃口板５を調整する作業の際、切粉１０ の逃げ穴９によりサラネジ６のガイド用案内溝８に溜る切粉１０が排出されるよ うになり、刃口板５の調整作業がスムーズになる。

【考案の効果】
本考案によれば、携帯用丸のこの刃口板において、刃口板上に刃口板挾持用サ ラネジ案内溝に溜る切粉等の逃げ穴を穿設したので、ベースの刃口板挾持用サラ ネジ案内溝に溜る切粉を排出することができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 モータにより駆動されるのこ刃と、前記
    モータを収納する外枠に配設されると共に前記のこ刃が
    突出する刃口が穿設されたベースと、該刃口の近傍に前
    記ベースの底面に沿って摺動する刃口板とを有し、該刃
    口板はねじとナットにより前記ベース上に穿設された長
    孔内で挾持されている携帯用丸のこにおいて、 前記ベースの長孔内の任意の位置に切粉逃げ穴を配設し
    たことを特徴とする携帯用丸のこの刃口板。
