Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 この考案は、牛乳、ジュースのような液体が収められる
密封容器、とくに、持ち易くて、縦および横方向から容
器を圧迫する力が加わっても、簡単に変形したり、つぶ
れたりすることがない紙主体積層体製近似直方体状液体
密封容器に関する。
従来の技術 この種の従来容器としては、例えば、実公昭60−37284
号公報に開示されているように、２つの側壁の隣りあう
２つのもの同士の間に、頂壁および底壁の４つの角の上
下で相対するもの同士を連絡しかく互いに上下の端部に
おいて交わる２つの稜線が形成されるとともに、２つの
稜線の間に縦断面内向きアーチ状角壁が形成されてお
り、２つの稜線が、上下の端部近くでは弧状曲線に形成
され、弧状曲線間では直線に形成されているものが知ら
れている。
課題を解決するための手段 上記従来容器では、２つの稜線の弧状曲線から直線に変
化する部分に荷重が集中して、その荷重集中部分が折曲
り、これがきっかけとなって、容器が簡単につぶれるこ
とがある。
この考案の目的は、上記問題点を解決した密封容器を提
供することにある。
課題を解決するための手段 この考案による紙主体積層体製近似直方体状液体密封容
器は、４つの側壁の隣りあう２つのもの同士の間に、頂
壁および底壁の４つの角の上下で相対するもの同士を連
絡しかつ互いに上下の端部において交わる２つの稜線が
形成されるとともに、２つの稜線の間に縦断面内向きア
ーチ状角壁が形成されている紙主体積層体製近似直方体
状液体密封容器において、２つの稜線が、上下の端部か
ら中央部にいくにしたがって漸次間隔を広げるように全
長にわたってのびた連続する曲線で形成されているもの
である。
作用 この考案による紙主体積層体製近似直方体状液体密封容
器では、２つの稜線が、上下の端部から中央部にいくに
したがって漸次間隔を広げるように全長にわたってのび
た連続する配線で形成されているから、２つの稜線の全
長にわたって荷重の集中する部分が存在しない。
実施例 この考案の実施例を図面を参照してつぎに説明する。
この考案による密封容器は、冒頭で述べた従来の容器と
同様にして形成されたものであって、容器本体（11）
と、これの上下端にそれぞれ２つずつ設けられている三
角耳（12）とを備えている。なお、上下の三角耳（12）
のうち、下の三角耳は図示しない。
容器本体（11）は、左右方向に長い長方形の頂壁（13）
および底壁（14）と、前後および左右側壁（15）〜（1
8）とからなる。２つの上三角耳（12）は、頂壁（13）
および左右側壁（17）（18）がなす前後方向の２つの稜
線にそれぞれつらなりかつ左右側壁（17）（18）に重ね
合わされるよう折曲げられてそこにそれぞれ固着されて
いる。なお、図示しないが、２つの下三角耳は、底壁
（14）および左右側壁（17）（18）がなす前後方向の２
つの稜線にそれぞれつらなりかつ底壁（14）に重ね合わ
されるように折曲げられてそこにそれぞれ固着されてい
る。頂壁（13）および２つの三角耳（12）上には容器成
形時に生じた横シール継目（19）が存在し、後側壁（1
6）および頂壁（13）上には容器成形時に生じた縦シー
ル継目（20）が存在している。
そして、前後および左右の４つの側壁（15）〜（18）の
隣りあう２つのもの同士の間に、頂壁（13）および底壁
（14）の４つの角の上下で相対するもの同士を連絡して
いる２つの稜線（21）が形成されている。２つの稜線
（21）は、互いに上下の端部においては交わるが、上下
の端部から中央部にいくにしたがって漸次間隔を広げる
ように全長にわたって連続する円弧状曲線を描いてのび
ており、曲線の凹部を互いに向き合せている。２つの稜
線（21）の間には角壁（22）が存在しており、これは、
第２図に示すように、横断面直線をなすが、第４図に示
すように、縦断面内向きアーチ状曲線をなす。
考案の効果 この考案によれば、２つの稜線の全長にわたって荷重の
集中する部分が存在しないから、容器が簡単につぶれな
い。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案の実施例を示す斜視図、第２図から第
４図は第１図のそれぞれII−II線,III−III線およびIV
−IV線にそう断面図である。 （13）…頂壁，（14）…底壁，（15）〜（18）…側壁，
（21）…稜線，（22）…角壁。

  1. 【請求項１】４つの側壁（15）〜（18）の隣りあう２つ
    のもの同士の間に、頂壁（13）および底壁（14）の４つ
    の角の上下で相対するもの同士を連絡しかつ互いに上下
    の端部において交わる２つの稜線（21）が形成されると
    ともに、２つの稜線（21）の間に縦断面内向きアーチ状
    角壁（22）が形成されている紙主体積層体製近似直方体
    状液体密封容器において、 ２つの稜線（21）が、上下の端部から中央部にいくにし
    たがって漸次間隔を広げるように全長にわたってのびた
    連続する曲線で形成されていることを特徴とする、紙主
    体積層体製近似直方体状液体密封容器。
