Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 1.C2−C12アルケンを低重合して初留点30〜310℃のオレフィンを製 造する方法であって、供給原料の炭化水素含量に対して0.05〜0.25モル %の含水率を有するC2−C12アルケン含有供給原料をゼオライト触媒と接触 させることを含む方法。
- 2.触媒が次のゼオライト:TON、MTT、MFI、MEL、MTW又はEU O構造型ゼオライト、H−ZSM−57、フェリエライト構造系ゼオライト、オ フレタイト、H−ZSM−4、H−ZSM−18、ゼオライトベータ、フォージ ャサイト、ゼオライトL、モルデナイト、エリオナイト及びキャバザイトから選 ばれる請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.触媒が長さ:直径の比が3以上の針状結晶を有する上記で定義されたゼオラ イト触媒である請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 4.触媒がZSM−22の結晶構造を有する上記で定義されたH−ZSM−22 又は変性ゼオライト触媒である請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 5.C2−C12アルケンの低重合法であって、C2−C12アルケン含有供給 原料を長さ:直径の比が3以上の針状結晶を有する上記で定義された変性ゼオラ イト触媒と接触させることを含む方法。
- 6.変性ゼオライト触媒がZSM−22の結晶構造を有する請求項5記載の方法 。
- 7.120〜430℃の温度で5日〜5時間か焼した変性ゼオライト触媒が用い られる請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 8.該接触が260℃を超えない温度で行われる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。
- 9.C2−C12アルケンの低重合法であって、C2−C12アルケン含有供給 原料をH−ZSM−22の結晶又はZSM−22の結晶構造を有する上記で定義 された変性ゼオライト触媒の結晶と260℃を超えない温度で接触させることを 含む方法。
- 10.結晶が30μmを超えない長さを有する請求項9記載の方法。
- 11.供給原料が供給原料の炭化水素含量に対して0.05〜0.25モル%の 含水率を有する請求項9又は10記載の方法。
- 12.供給原料がC2−C5アルケン、好ましくはプロペン又はブテンを含む請 求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 13.ゼオライト触媒低重合法において触媒活性を促進する及び/又は触媒寿命 を延長するための、供給原料の炭化水素含量に対して0.05〜0.25モル% の含水率のC2−C12アルケン含有供給原料の使用。
- 14.有機助触媒、例えばアルキルアミン又はアルキルジアミンを用いて形成さ れかつ残留助触媒又はその分解生成物を含むZSM−22の多孔質アルミノケイ 酸塩構造を有する結晶のC2−C12アルケン低重合における使用。
- 15.C2−C12アルケン低重合において収率を増大するための、長さ:直径 の比が3以上の針状結晶を有しかつ長さが30μmを超えない結晶形態であるゼ オライト触媒の使用。
