- 1.式I: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼I,[式中、R1は、ハロゲン原子、C1〜 C4−アルキルー、トリフルオルメチル−、C1〜C4−アルコキシ−、ヒドロ キシ−、アミノ−、モノメチルアミノ−、ジメチルアミノ−、シアノー又はニト ロ基によりモノ−又はジ置換されていてもよいフェニル−、ピリジルー、チエニ ル−又はどロール基であり、かつ、R2は、水素原子又はフッ素、メトキシ、ヒ ドロキシ又はアミノによリ置換されていてもよいフェニル基である]の3−アザ ビシクロ[3.2.0]ヘプタンー誘導体。
- 2.請求項1に記載の式Iの3−アザビシクロ〔3.2.0]ヘブタン−誘導体 の製法において、式II:▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼II,〔式中、R 1及びR2は、前記の意味を有し、かつR3は、水素、アセチル、ベンジル又は トリフルオルアセチルである]のアミンを、光化学的に2+2付加環化させ、か つ場合により存在するR2のアシルー又はべンジル基を離脱させることを特徴と する、3−アザビシクロ[3.2.0〕ヘプタン−誘導体の製法。
