Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、ホワイトボード上に油性マーカーで書き込ん
だ文字、図形等を払拭する（削す）ためのイレーザーに
関するものである。
［従来の技術］ ホワイドボードの表面は硝子質の被覆をほどこした白色
梨地状ホーロー仕上げ構造で、表面に無数の凹部を形成
し、この凹部により反射光を乱反射させて艶消しを行っ
ている。
このような表面構造のホワイトボードに書き込んだ文字
等を払拭する従来のイレーザーは、払拭面にパイル織物
を装着した構造である。
［従来技術の課題］ このため、従来のイレーザーでホワイトボード表面の文
字等を払拭すると、文字の色素分及び油分がイレーザー
でボードの表面に強く押しつけられ、かつこの色素や油
分がボード表面の凹部内に入り込み、残って奇麗に払拭
できないという問題がある。そこで、従来はイレーザー
を強く押しつけて何回も払拭したり、度々ボードクリー
ナを用いてボードの表面を奇麗にクリーニングしなけれ
ばならないという問題がある。又、前記のとおりイレー
ザーの払拭面はパイル織物であることから、すぐに目詰
りが発生してしまうという問題もある。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 本発明に係るイレーザーは上記課題を解決するものであ
って、その構成は次のとおりである。
払拭毛を植毛する面の中央に溝を形成すると共にこの溝
を中央にして左右に払拭毛を植毛し、且つこの払拭毛の
向きを左側のものは左向きに、右側のものは右向きに傾
斜させたことを特徴とするホワイトボード用イレーザ
ー。
［作用］ イレーザーを使用する場合には、ボード上を左右に移動
させると、左側に移動させた場合には左側の払拭毛が作
用して消し、右側に移動した場合には右側の払拭毛が機
能して消す。消しかすは中央の溝内にたまる。
［実施例］ 第１図は本発明に係るイレーザーの傾斜図である。１は
イレーザー本体、２、2aは払拭面であって、この払拭面
２、2aの中間には断面半円形の色素かす溝３が形成され
ている。符号の４はスポンジ体である。
第２図は払拭面２、2aに密生された適度な弾性と剛性を
有する払拭毛の構造を示すもので、左右の払拭面２、2a
の払拭毛は、左側は左方向、右側は右方向に夫々40゜傾
斜し、第４図に示すように、親油性素材で作られた長毛
５と短毛６とから成っている。
なお、払拭毛の傾斜角は、15゜〜80゜の範囲で所期の目
的を達成できるが、30゜〜50゜位が最も効果的である。
上記構成のイレーザーは、第３図に示すように、長毛５
の毛先5aボード７の表面に形成された凹部８内の色素か
すをさらい、短毛６が平坦面９の油性分を払拭し、消し
かすは溝３内にたまる。
［発明の効果］ 本発明は以上の如き構成と作用から成り、次の如き効果
を期待できる。
a.払拭毛を払拭方向に傾斜させたので、左右どの方向に
イレーザーを移動させても色素かす、油性分の払拭を効
率よく行うことができる。
b.長さの違う払拭毛を密生させた場合、長い方の払拭毛
はボード表面の凹部内に残った色素かすをさらい出し、
短毛側はボード表面の平坦面に付着した油性分を払拭す
るため、軽く数回こするだけで奇麗に文字等を消すこと
ができる。
c.払拭された色素かすは、長毛の毛先側が粗いため、こ
の部分の空隙内に一旦集束され、徐々に後方に送られて
かす溝内にためられる。この結果、払拭面に色素かすが
残らず、何回使用しても目詰りが発生しない。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】払拭毛を植毛する面の中央に溝を形成する
    と共にこの溝を中央にして左右に払拭毛を植毛し、且つ
    この払拭毛の向きを左側のものは左向きに、右側のもの
    は右向きに傾斜させたことを特徴とするホワイトボード
    用イレーザー。
