【目的】 遮音性能を良くし、上にフローリング材を施
工したときの踏みごこちを良くする表面に凸部をつけた
遮音材を提供する。 【構成】 軟質ウレタンフォームを引裂または破砕した
ウレタンチップ単体、あるいはウレタンチップに繊維屑
等の増量材を添付した混合物にポリウレタン型結合剤を
配合し、片方または両方の面に平板部よりも硬度の低い
凸部をつけた遮音材とする。
工したときの踏みごこちを良くする表面に凸部をつけた
遮音材を提供する。 【構成】 軟質ウレタンフォームを引裂または破砕した
ウレタンチップ単体、あるいはウレタンチップに繊維屑
等の増量材を添付した混合物にポリウレタン型結合剤を
配合し、片方または両方の面に平板部よりも硬度の低い
凸部をつけた遮音材とする。

【０００１】
この考案は表面に凸部をつけた遮音材に関するものである。
【０００２】
従来より、ウレタンチップ製、ゴム製、ポリエチレン製の遮音材がある。 これらの遮音材のほとんどが平板状であり、一部には発泡ゴム製で凹凸形状の 遮音材があるが凹凸部とも均一な硬度で柔らかい。
【０００３】
遮音材の形状が平板状であるため遮音性能が今ひとつ良くない。 発泡ゴム製で凹凸形状の遮音材は、非常に柔らかく、上にフローリング材を施 工し、踏むと「フワフワ」し、踏みごごちが良くない。 本考案はこれらの欠点を除くためになされたものである。

遮音材の表面に平板部より硬度の低い凸部を設けた。

この考案の遮音材は、表面が凸形状であるため荷重を全面で受けるのではなく 凸部で受けるため、衝撃力を伝える面積が少なくなり遮音性を向上することがで きる。 平板部が硬く凸部が柔らかい構造のため全体的には硬いので、上にフローリン グ材を施工し、踏んでも「フワフワ」することもなく、踏みごごちは平板状のも のと変わりがない。

図２はこの考案に係る遮音材の一実施例を示す斜視図である。
【０００７】 図において、１は平板部、２は平板部１よりも硬度の低い凸部を設けたもので ある。 また、３はこの遮音材の引っ張り強度を高めるための補強材として、不織布を 接着してある。
図１は、この考案に係る遮音材の効果を示したもので、遮音材を用いずにフロ ーリング単体の床衝撃音レベルＡとフローリングの下に平板状の遮音材をおいた ときの床衝撃音レベルＢとフローリングの下に凸形状をつけた遮音材をおいたと きの床衝撃音レベルＣである。 Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃともフローリングは同一のもので、Ｂ、Ｃともに同じ厚み、同じ面 重量、同じ素材の遮音材である。 床衝撃音レベルとしては、ＡはＬ−６４、ＢはＬ−５９、ＣはＬ−４９である 。

- 【請求項１】 軟質ウレタンフォームを引裂または破砕
したウレタンチップ単体、あるいはそのウレタンチップ
に繊維屑等の増量材を添加した混合物にポリウレタン型
結合剤を配合し、片方もしくは両方の面に平板部よりも
硬度の低い凸部をつけた遮音材。
