Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炉(1)内の溶融金属(3)中に固体金属(13)を装入する方法であっ て、該炉の容器部分(2)内で溶融金属を加熱する工程と、該容器部分に付属し た井戸型槽に、その井戸型槽内にある金属の表面(15)の下方から金属が流入 するように、該容器部分から金属を搬送する工程と、該固体金属を該井戸型槽内 の溶融金属の表面と接触させるように供給する工程と、金属を該井戸型槽から該 容器部分へ返送する工程とを含む方法において、該流れの進路内に配置した乱流 発生部材(10)によって該井戸型槽内の流れに乱流を生成する工程を含むこと を特徴とする方法。 2.該乱流発生部材が、少なくとも第1の上向きに傾いた偏向表面(21,4 1)によって該流れを偏向させることにより、該流れに少なくとも上向きの運動 成分を付与する請求項1記載の方法。 3.該第1の偏向表面が横方向にも傾いていることにより、該第1の表面が該 流れに水平の運動成分を付与するように該流れを偏向させる請求項2記載の方法 。 4.該流れに関して該第1の偏向表面(41)の下流に位置し且つそれよりも 傾きの急なた第2の偏向表面(42)によって該乱流発生部材が該流れを偏向さ せる請求項2または3記載の方法。 5.該金属が、該井戸型槽の円筒形内壁(16)に対して接線方向から流入す るように、流入管(5)を通して該井戸型槽に搬送される、先行する請求項のい ずれかに記載の方法。 6.該金属が、該流入管を通して、該井戸型槽の床(17)のすぐ傍にある流 入口(18)から該井戸型槽内へ流入する請求項5記載の方法。 7.該井戸型槽の該円筒形内壁から内向きに突き出した障壁部材(31)によ って、流れの方向に関して該流入口の上流で表面ドロ スを収集する工程を含む請求項6記載の方法。 8.金属が該容器部分と該井戸型槽との間を電磁ポンプ(7)によって搬送さ れる、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.該金属がアルミニウムである先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.該固体が削り屑である先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.炉(1)内の溶融金属(3)中に固体金属を装入するための装置であっ て、該炉の容器部分(2)に付属した井戸型槽(4)と、該容器部分の中で溶融 金属を加熱できる加熱手段(12)と、使用中に流入管(5)を介して該井戸型 槽内の金属の表面(15)の下方で金属流が該井戸型槽に流入するように該容器 部分と該井戸型槽との間を金属を搬送できる搬送手段(7)と、該井戸型槽内の 溶融金属の表面と接触させるように固体金属(13)を供給する手段(14)と 、該井戸型槽から該容器部分へ溶融金属を返送する返送手段(6)とを備えた装 置において、該井戸型槽が、該井戸型槽内の溶融金属の流れの進路内に位置した 乱流発生部材(10)を更に含むことを特徴とする装置。 12.該乱流発生部材が、少なくとも第1の上向きに傾いた偏向表面を持ち、 該流れに少なくとも上向きの運動成分を付与するようにした請求項11記載の装 置。 13.該第1の偏向表面が横方向にも傾いていて該流れに水平方向の運動成分 を付与する請求項12記載の装置。 14.該乱流発生部材が、該流れに関して該第1の偏向表面(41)の下流に 位置し且つ水平面に対して該第1の偏向表面よりも傾きが急な第2の偏向表面を 持つ請求項12または13記載の装置。 15.該井戸型槽が、床(17)から上向きに延びた円筒形内壁 (16)を持ち、該第1の偏向表面と該床および該円筒形内壁との交線により該 井戸型槽の円筒形空間が斜めに切り取られている請求項11から14までのいず れか1項に記載の装置。 16.該流入管が、該井戸型槽の円筒形内壁に関して非半径方向に延びており 、使用中の井戸型槽内への金属搬送による流れが接線方向に流入する請求項11 から15までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。 17.該井戸型槽の該床のすぐ傍に位置した流入口(18)で該流入管が該井 戸型槽と連通する請求項16記載の装置。 18.該井戸型槽が、該流れの向きに関して該流入口の上流で該井戸型槽の円 筒形内壁から内向きに突き出している障壁部材(31)を備えており、該障壁部 材は該溶融金属の表面の上方に上向きに突き出すことにより、使用中に表面ドロ スを収集するための表面領域を規定する請求項17記載の装置。 19.該乱流発生部材が、該井戸型槽の内壁に取り付けた耐火物ブロックを備 え、該内壁に対して固定した少なくとも一つの偏向表面を規定する請求項11か ら18までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。 20.該搬送手段が電磁ポンプ(7)である請求項11から19までのいずれ か1項に記載の装置。 21.流出管(6)が、該乱流発生部材の下流で該井戸型槽に接続され、該容 器部分と連絡して溶融金属を返送するようにした請求項11から20までのいず れか1項に記載の装置。 22.溶融金属(3)中に固体金属(13)を装入する方法であって、装入井 戸型槽(4)内で該溶融金属を循環させることにより、溶融金属に鉛直方向の流 れを生成する工程と、該流れの進路内に位置した固定式偏向表面(21,41, 42)により該溶融金属の液面(15)に向かうように上向きに該流れを偏向さ せる工程と、該 液面と接触するように固体金属(13)を供給する工程とを含む方法。
