- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.有効量のトランスフォーミング成長因子βおよび燐酸三カルシウムを含む 骨誘導製剤。 2.燐酸三カルシウムが粒子の形である、請求項1に記載の製剤。 3.該粒子が顆粒または粉末である、請求項2に記載の製剤。 4.トランスフォーミング成長因子βが該顆粒または粉末上に吸着されている 、請求項3に記載の製剤。 5.燐酸三カルシウムが約120ないし500μmの直径を有する顆粒の形で ある、請求項3に記載の製剤。 6.製剤の粘度を増すための有効量のポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載 の製剤。 7.該ポリマーがアミロペクチン、ゼラチン、コラーゲン、アガロース、また はこれらのポリマーの2またはそれ以上の混合物である、請求項6に記載の製剤 。 8.該ポリマーが使用前に凍結乾燥されている、請求項7に記載の製剤。 9.約140mgないし約50gの燐酸三カルシウム粒子上に吸着された約0 .5μgないし約5mgのトランスフォーミング成長因子βを含む骨誘導製剤。 10.約1μgないし約3mgのトランスフォーミング成長因子βが燐酸三カ ルシウム粒子上に吸着されている、請求項9に記載の製剤。 11.粒子の大きさが約120−500μmである、請求項9に記載の製剤。 12.粒子の大きさが約125−250μmである、請求項9に記載の製剤。 13.約0.5μgないし約5mgのトランスフォーミング成長因子β、約1 40mgないし約50gの燐酸三カルシウム粒子、および約0.1:1ないし1 :1のアミロペクチン:燐酸三カルシウムの範囲の量のアミロペクチンを含む骨 誘導製剤。 14.アミロペクチンの量が約0.25:1ないし0.5:1のアミロペクチ ン:燐酸三カルシウムの範囲である、請求項13に記載の製剤。 15.粒子の大きさが約75μm以上であり、燐酸三カルシウム:アミロペク チン:TGF−β溶液の比率が約1:0.5:0.5である、請求項13に記載 の 製剤。 16.粒子の大きさが約120−500μmである、請求項13に記載の製剤 。 17.トランスフォーミング成長因子βの液体溶液の有効量を、燐酸三カルシ ウムの顆粒と、トランスフォーミング成長因子βを該顆粒上に吸着させるに充分 な時間混合し、得られた混合物を有効量のアミロペクチンと接触させることから なる、トランスフォーミング成長因子βの骨誘導製剤を製造する方法。 18.顆粒の大きさが約100μmより大きい、請求項17に記載の方法。
