Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(V): [式中、Rは、エステル形成性基またはカルボキシ保護基であり、XおよびYは 、水素またはハロゲンであり、ただし、XまたはYの少なくとも1つは、ハロゲ ンである] で示される化合物を還元ホルミル化に付すことからなる、式(IVA): で示される化合物の製造方法。 2.Xが水素であり、Yが臭素である請求項1記載の方法。 3.式(IVA)で示される化合物が、式(V)で示される化合物を銀化合物で 処理し、次いで、ホルミル化剤で処理することによって、式(V)で示される化 合物から製造される請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.銀化合物が酸化銀、または、無機酸もしくは(C1-10)アルカン酸の銀塩 である請求項3記載の方法。 5.銀塩が酢酸銀である請求項4記載の方法。 6.反応がピリジンの存在下で行われる請求項3、4または5記載の方法。 7.ピリジンがα−ピコリンである請求項6記載の方法。 8.方法が塩基の存在下で行われる請求項6または7記載の方法。 9.塩基が1,8−ジアザビシクロ[5,4,0]ウンデカ−7−エンである請 求項8記載の方法。 10.銀塩およびピリジンが、まず、溶媒中で一緒に反応し、次いで、塩基が 添加され、次いで、この混合物に式(V)で示される化合物、次いで、ホルミル 化剤およびヨウ化ナトリウムが添加される請求項6〜9のいずれか1項記載の方 法。 11.ホルミル化剤が式(VI): R21−CO−O−CO−H (VI) [式中、R21は、アルキルまたはアリール基を表す] で示される化合物である請求項3〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法。 12.式(VI)で示されるホルミル化剤が酢酸ギ酸無水物である請求項11記 載の方法。 13.反応が、単独またはピリジンと混合した溶媒としてのアセトンまたはア セトニトリル中で行われる請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。 14.反応条件が、酢酸銀:約1.2当量、α−ピコリン:約7.1当量、DB U:約1.0当量、式(V)で示される化合物:約1.0当量、アセトン溶媒:約 33当量である請求項3〜13のいずれか1項記載の方法。 15.式(IVA)で示されるアゼチジノンが、一般式(II): [式中、Xは、ハロゲンを表し、Yは、水素またはハロゲンを表す] で示される6−ハロ−または6,6−ジハロ−ペネムに転換され、次いで、一般 式(II)で示される6−ハロ−または6,6−ジハロ−ペネムが、式(I): [式中、Ra、Rb、RcおよびRdは、種々の置換基である] で示される6−(置換メチレン)ペネムを製造するために使用される請求項1〜 14のいずれか1項記載の方法。
