Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1種の合金用元素で合金にされた白金、及び金を含み、導電性 担体の上に支持され、白金対合金用元素の原子数の比が80:20〜20:80 であり、金が全触媒重量の0.0001重量%以上から3重量%未満までの配合 量で存在する、酸性電解質条件中で使用するための電極触媒材料。 2.前記合金用元素が周期律表のIVB、VIB、VIIB、VIII、IB 、及びIIIA族から選択された1種以上の元素である請求の範囲第1項又は2 項に記載の電極触媒材料。 3.前記合金用元素がTi、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zr、及 びHfの1種以上である請求の範囲第2項に記載の電極触媒材料。 4.前記合金用元素がCr、Mn、Co、及びNiの1種以上である請求の範 囲第3項に記載の電極触媒材料。 5.前記合金用元素がNiである請求の範囲第4項に記載の電極触媒材料。 6.0.05〜0.5重量%のロジウムもまた存在する請求の範囲第1〜4項 のいずれか1項に記載の電極触媒材料。 7.請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか1項に記載の電極触媒材料を含む電極。 8.電極触媒として、請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか1項に記載の電極触媒 材料を含む酸性電解質燃料電池。 9.白金触媒のスラリーに少なくとも1種の金化合物を添加し、次いでその金 を還元する過程を含む、酸性電解質条件中で使用するための、請求の範囲第1〜 7項のいずれか1項に記載の電極触媒材料の製造方法。
