Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第1軸受(主軸受15)を保持する少なくとも1の軸受板(25)をハウ ジング(1)に設けられた電動モータと、複数の段部(83)を持つ内孔が垂直 方向に終端する当接面をハウジング(2)に有するポンプとを備え、当接面に近 接しかつ主軸受を収容して半径方向に支える第1段部(23)は内孔(20)を 設けられ、この内孔はポンプピストン(21)を収容しかつ第1段部(23)に 続く第2段部内に延び、第2段部に近接する第3段部が第2軸受(ポンプ軸受1 9)を収容して半径方向に支え、前記電動モータに、第1および第2軸受で支え られかつポンプピストンを駆動する偏心部材(18)が設けられる電動モータ/ ポンプ組立体であって、 電動モータ(1)のハウジングとポンプハウジング(2)とは、軸受板(25 )がポンプハウジング(2)の支承面上で当接するように、連結されていること を特徴とする組立体。 2. ロータ軸(4)は、第1および第2軸受でのみ支えられていることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の組立体。 3. 電動モータのハウジング(1)内に配置された1の補助軸受(10)を備 え、この軸受はロータ軸(4)のロータに近接した端部を支えることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の組立体。 4. 前記補助軸受(10)は、ロータ軸(4)の内孔(14)内に配置された バレル状のジャーナル(11)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組立 体。 5. 前記バレル状のジャーナル(11)はリベット(12)によりモータハウ ジング(1)に固定され、前記内孔はロータ軸(4)内を軸方向に延びかつロー タ軸(4)の一端に開口する盲孔(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に 記載の組立体。 6. 前記ポンプと主軸受(15,19)とは転動あるいは摩擦軸受として形成 されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1に記載の組立体。 7. モータ軸受(15)は外側軸受リング(16)を設けられ、この長さはモ ータハウジングの凹部(17)内に一部挿入され、したがって軸受リング(16 )がハウジングあるいは軸受板(25)から突出し、ポンプハウジング(2)内 で第1段部(23)が見え、この第1段部内に軸受リング(16)の突出部が挿 入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体。 8. モータハウジング(1)に、外方に突出しかつモータハウジング(1)の 内側に開口する膨出部(32)が設けられ、第2軸受(15)が対応する凹部内 に挿入され、前記膨出部(32)がポンプハウジング(2)の第1段部(23) 内に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体。 9. 支持ハウジング(59)が、軸(4)上を可動のポンプ軸受(19)を支 持ハウジング(59)の盲孔(56)内に固定するために設けられ、支持ハウジ ング(59)が、ポンプハウジング(1)から離隔した軸上の主軸受(7)を収 容し、支持ハウジング(59)の軸ベアリングとモータハウジング(1)との間 の力の流れが閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1に記載の 組立体。 10. 支持ハウジング(59)に開口(66)が設けられ、この内径は主軸受 (15)の外径と等しいかあるいは僅かに小さいことを特徴とする請求項9に記 載の組立体。 11. 支持ハウジング(59)は、電気部材を有するキャリア板(25)を設 けられていることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の組立体。 12. ブラッシ(8)がキャリア板(25)上に固定されていることを特徴と する請求項1から11のいずれか1に記載の組立体。 13. 支持ハウジング(59)は、モータハウジング(1)とポンプハウジン グ(2)との間の接触ポイントにシールを設けられていることを特徴とする請求 項1から12のいずれか1に記載の組立体。 14. 支持ハウジング(59)は、主軸受(15)の外径部を囲む突起(67 )を設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1に記載の組 立体。 15. 支持ハウジング(59)は、薄い壁構造を有するケージ状に射出成形さ れたプラスチック部材を備え、このプラスチック部材は軸受板(25)を有する 滑らかな組立体を形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組立体。 16. 軸受(15,19)の保持領域で、金属スリーブ(64)が支持ハウジ ング(59)内に挿入されることを特 徴とする請求項15に記載の組立体。 17. 支持ハウジング(59)は、深絞りあるいはプレスされた薄い金属板製 の部材を備え、モータハウジング(1)とポンプハウジング(2)との間で絶縁 されたキャリア板(54)と共にシール状態に把持されることを特徴とする請求 項9に記載の組立体。 18. 保持領域は、主軸受(15)を収容するためにスナップ嵌めされるフッ ク(58)を設けられ、このための凹部(69)は、支持ハウジング(59)に 設けられることを特徴とする請求項9から14に記載の組立体。 19. 軸受板(25)は開口(78)を備え、この開口の内径は主軸受(15 )の外径よりも小さく、軸受板(25)は主軸受(15)と電動モータ(1)の ハウジングとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれ か1に記載の組立体。 20. 軸受板(25)は開口(78)の領域に、凹部(17)を設けられ、主 軸受(15)の外側軸受リング(16)の前面がこの凹部に当接することを特徴 とする請求項19に記載の組立体。 21. スペーサディスク(82)が軸受板(25)から離隔した外側リング( 16)の前面に当接し、主軸受(15)から離隔したポンプハウジング(2)の 段付き孔(第2段部83)の前面に接触することを特徴とする請求項19または 20に記載の組立体。 22. 外周部にカラーを設けられたスペーサディスク(8 2)が、主軸受(15)の外側軸受リング(16)に接触し、スペーサディスク (82)の内径は軸径にほぼ対応することを特徴とする21に記載の組立体。 23. 内孔(84)はポンプハウジング(2)の段付き孔に向けて周部方向に 延び、この内孔(84)は外側軸受リング(16)によりオーバーラップされる ことを特徴とする請求項1から22のいずれか1に記載の組立体。 24. 入力あるいは出力端に対向する軸(4)の端部は、軸受力を受けず、軸 (4)の入力あるいは出力端はポンプハウジング(2)に配置され、キャリア板 (54)が電動モータハウジング(1)とポンプハウジング(2)との間に把持 されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体。 25. キャリア板(54)は、電動モータハウジング(1)とポンプハウジン グ(2)との間の接触点でシールを形成することを特徴とする請求項2い記載の 組立体。 26. ポンプハウジング(2)は、電気接続部材を収容する貫通孔(92)を 設けられることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の組立体。 27. 電動機械が、ポンプハウジング(2)内に配置されたラジアルピストン ポンプ(63)を駆動する電動モータを備え、電動モータの電気接続部材(89 )は電力源として作用する制御用電子ユニット(95)に接続されることを特徴 とする請求項26に記載の組立体。
