In manufacturing a conventional fuel tank for a vehicle, an inexpensive iron-based material is used, and a separate fuel filler port, leakage pipe connecting boss, fuel supply pipe connecting boss and fuel level gauge mounting seat are provided. It was joined to the opening of the fuel tank body. Therefore, many parts and many joining processes are required, and it is necessary to confirm that there is no fuel leakage at each joining portion. Moreover, since an iron-based material is used, the fuel tank becomes heavy. The present invention relates to a vehicle fuel tank, which uses a light alloy plate material or a steel plate, and integrates a fuel filler port, a leakage pipe connecting boss, a fuel supply pipe connecting boss, and a fuel level gauge mounting seat with a fuel tank main body. It is also an object to reduce the manufacturing process.
