【産業上の利用分野】この発明は来店したお客が自動食
器貸し機に硬貨または紙幣を投入し食器を借り受け飲食
物供給装置より借り受けた食器に飲食物を自由に入れテ
ーブルに運び飲食するようにした自動飲食店である。

【従来の技術】従来はひとでによって金銭の授受、飲食
物の供給、テーブルへの提供を行っているため、人件費
が多額になり店舗運営に支障を来している。

【発明が解決しようとしている課題】本発明は金銭の授
受、飲食物供給を自動的に行い、テーブルへの移動もお
客がセルフサービスで行うため人件費の削減を可能にす
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】これを図面で説明すると
自動貸し機１はコインメカニズム２、食器搬出機３より
なり、お客は所定の金額をコインメカニズムの投入口８
に投入し正規の貨幣のみ食器を搬出させる。この場合の
金額は飲食物の金額を見込んで設定している。お客はこ
の食器７を持って飲食物供給機４より飲食物を入れテー
ブルに運び飲食する。
【０００５】作用 従来金銭を授受する作業員は飲食物を提供する事が多
く、金銭に触れた手で飲食物を扱う事になる。この点等
発明は金銭を自動的に処理するため衛生的であり、一方
でお客がその場で飲食物を自由に選択できることでお客
の満足度を高め、かつ効率の良い店舗運営ができる。し
かも無人の店舗ではなく店の管理者、清掃・整頓作業者
を置き、快適な飲食空間を保つようにする。これにより
従来の店舗の人件費を半減することができる。

【実施例】コーヒーショップの場合は自動食器貸し機に
コインを投入しコーヒーカップを借り受けカップをドリ
ンク供給装置であるコーヒーマシーンにセットしボタン
を押してコーヒーを注ぎ入れ、テーブルに運びコーヒー
を飲む。サラダショップの場合は自動食器貸し機にお金
を投入しサラダボールを借り受け食物供給装置から、数
種類のカット・洗浄ずみの野菜が並べられたケースから
選んだ野菜をボールに盛り付けてテーブルに運びサラダ
を食べる。

【発明の効果】飲食店の場合人件費の比率が高くこれを
より削減する事が課題である。本発明は金銭授受を自動
的に処理し、飲食物供給をセルフで行うため、一部セル
フサービスの店舗より更なる人件費削減を可能にしたも
のである。これにより生産性が上り従業員の待遇改善、
更にはお客への販売価格の低価格提供をも可能にする事
ができる。又、自動食器貸機は飲食物に合わせて食器を
温めたり冷たくする機能を持たせられるため温かい飲食
物は温かく、冷たい飲食物は冷たいままお客に提供する
ことができ快適な飲食体験ができる。
