Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.多孔質支持体上への結晶性モレキュラーシーブを有する層の製造方法であっ て、シリカ源及び有機構造指向剤を含有する合成混合物を調製する工程、前記支 持体を前記合成混合物に浸漬する工程、及び前記合成混合物から前記支持体上に ゼオライトを結晶化させる工程を有し、前記結晶化の間、前記合成混合物の温度 を上昇させる結晶性モレキュラーシーブを有する層の製造方法。 2.前記温度を段階的に上昇させる請求項1記載の方法。 3.70℃〜170℃の範囲内に前記温度を上昇させる請求項1又は請求項2記 載の方法。 4.90℃〜150℃の範囲内に前記温度を上昇させる請求項1〜3のいずれか 1項記載の方法。 5.前記結晶化の時間が24時間〜7日間である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記 載の方法。 6.前記時間が3日〜6日間である請求項5記載の方法。 7.支持体上に析出した後、支持されたゼオライト層をか焼する請求項1〜6の いずれか1項記載の方法。 8.請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法により製造した層。 9.前記層中のモレキュラーシーブ結晶の粒度が20〜500nmの範囲内であ り、20〜300nmの範囲内がよい請求項8記載の層。 10.層厚が0.1〜15μmの範囲内であり、0.1〜2μmの範囲内がよい請 求項8又は請求項9記載の層。 11.前記層がナノポア、即ち1〜10nmの孔を主に含む請求項8〜10のいず れか1項記載の層。 12.前記層がマイクロポア、即ち0.1〜1nmの孔を主に含む請求項8〜10 のいずれか1項記載の層。 13.流体混合物の分離方法であって、前記混合物の少なくとも1つの成分が他の 成分とは異なる定常状態の層透過性を有するような条件下で、前記混合物を請求 項8〜12のいずれか1項記載の層の一面と接触させる工程、及び前記層の他の 面から、ある成分及び成分の混合物を回収する工程を有する流体混合物の 分離方法。 14.化学反応の触媒方法であって、供給原料を、触媒転化条件下で、活性化触媒 形態である請求項8〜12のいずれか1項記載の層と接触させる工程、及び少な くとも1つの転化生成物を含有する組成物を回収する工程を有する化学反応の触 媒方法。 15.化学反応の触媒方法であって、供給原料を、触媒転化条件下で、膜形態かつ 活性触媒形態の請求項8〜12のいずれか1項記載の層のある面と接触させる工 程、及びその層の反対側の表面から、少なくとも1つの転化生成物を回収する工 程を有し、反応混合物中の平衡濃度とは異なる濃度であるのがよい化学反応の触 媒方法。
