Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.耐熱金属および希土類金属含有材料を含有し、さらにバリウム含有成分を含 有する陰極本体を具えたディスペンサ陰極において、 前記希土類金属含有材料は前記耐熱金属のマトリックス中に分布粒子として 存在し、該粒子の大部分は200nm以下の直径を有することを特徴とするディ スペンサ電極。 2.耐熱金属および希土類金属含有材料を含有する陰極本体に、さらにバリウム 含有成分を含有させたディスペンサ陰極において、 前記陰極本体は、機械的に合金化した前記耐熱金属と前記希土類金属含有材 料との合金を含有することを特徴とするディスペンサ陰極。 3.前記粒子の大部分は100nm以下の直径を有することを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項または第2項記載のディスペンサ陰極。 4.前記粒子は前記マトリックス中に均一に分布していることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一つの項に記載のディスペンサ陰極。 5.前記耐熱金属はタングステンであり、前記希土類金属はスカンジウムである 請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか一つの項に記載のディスペンサ陰極。 6.前記陰極本体中のスカンジウム含有材料の重量パーセントは0.5%〜2% であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載のディスペンサ陰極。 7.前記陰極本体は1〜40,000個/(μm)3の粒子を含有していること を特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載のディスペンサ陰極。 8.前記陰極の放出表面にはルテニウムを含有する被膜が設けられており、該被 膜は0.05μm〜5μmの厚さを有する請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか一つ の項に記載のディスペンサ陰極。 9.請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれか一つの項に記載のディスペンサ陰極を具え ることを特徴とする陰極線管。 10.耐熱金属および希土類金属含有材料を使用してさらにバリウム含有成分を 含有している陰極本体を形成することにより、ディスペンサ陰極を製造するに当 り、 タングステンとスカンジウム含有材料とを機械的に合金化し、このようにし て形成された顆粒をプレスして陰極本体を得ることを特徴とするディスペンサ陰 極の製造方法。 11.バリウム含有成分と、耐熱金属および希土類金属含有材料とを、機械的に 合金化することを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 12.タングステンおよびスカンジウム含有材料を使用してさらにバリウム含有 成分を含有している陰極本体を形成することにより、ディスペンサ陰極を製造す るに当り、 タングステンとスカンジウム含有材料とを機械的に合金化し、このようにし て形成された顆粒をプレスして陰極本体を得ることを特徴とするディスペンサ陰 極の製造方法。 13.バリウム含有成分と、タングステンおよびスカンジウム含有材料とを、機 械的に合金化することを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項記載の方法。 14.バリウム含有成分と前記顆粒とを混合することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 12項記載の方法。 15.機械的合金化操作において、炭化タングステン球および炭化タングステン 製容器を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第10〜14項のいずれか一つの 項に記載の方法。
